Check all fuses first. Instrument cluster is not very difficult to get out. Lots of videos on CZcams will show you. Could be cracked solder to pin connection on motherboard so use a magnifier and inspect all solder connections. Or it could be all the bulbs are out or just a lose wire to motherboard connection. Maybe a lose switch wire. That’s all I can think of. Soldering isn’t difficult but if it is out of your comfort zone then have a shop do it. Schematics for fuse box specific to your year make and model are available at the ford website. Look for instrument cluster, lights, dash related fuses. Diagram shows location of fuse boxes 3 main areas, and type and function, also relays and in removable oval top cover directly below windshield inside vehicle.
