4:48 - You might want to check the move list; the only two moves he has that give opponents shocked are his neutral ground attack and his neutral special. For that reason, I just elect to use the 5% damage and defense perk on Black Adam.
Maybe you can manage to hit the ground neutral attack once in the chaos of doubles if you have a good teammate, but that’s an extremely long shot, and hitting anyone with that in 1v1s is going to be impossible if you’re playing decent opponents. Also, hitting with the neutral special is easier but still hard in 1v1s and quite punishable if you miss. At least it can chain off of projectiles and your teammate in doubles.
But not only that, if you do shock someone, you have to be able to capitalize on it before it wears off. If you manage to apply it and they hit you away, they’ll lose it before you can benefit from it.
A teammate can become electrified by either of these moves and inflict shock on the opponents, but that’s exclusive to doubles and relies on having a decent teammate as well (and one that you can hit with either of those moves).
Been playing Black Adam for a few days and I like his abilities. This video helped a lot

Only the neutral special I see applied shocked shocked can be identified by the electricity on your opponent after the. Move hits

Man Loved the vid but I gotta ask. I play on control as well but I’m having a lot of problems hitting the side air, it just keeps giving me another move, any tips? Maybe changing the dead zone?

Try and change deadzone but their isn't much you can do.. the game is having a deadzone issue right now. Appreciate the support 🙏
what controller do you use? i play on ps4 with dpad with 90 desdzone and dont have any issues
@andipfeife476 I play on ps4 with high deadzones.. but it's only this game that I have those issues.. and it's a known issue for a majority of controller players
How to do while running attack moves?
I'm surprised u don't use snowball effect. That has always been a good perk especially during beta
I been trying different perk setups and definitely snowball is insane
ignore the fact i’ve commented on 3 videos in 1 hour but how do you use ur lightning and send them down instead of up, or does it depend on where the closest ringout is
So you input the lightning attack and hold down if you want them to go down or up if you want them up
Ringout distance doesn't matter
Is there any benefit to doing the down air on the ground by instant dodging into it or should u just jump?
Their is some benefit to it. But if you get a jab jab combo you should just jump to continue the loop

Is circuit breaker actually the best perk to use? I thought it wouldn’t be the case since only his neutral attack and neutral special apply shocked which are both really high commitment options.
Was wondering this to, but I think other moves apply shocked. Not sure though, would love clarification
Yes circut breaker is his best perk because it not only provides shocked.. it also can start combos with uptilt since the lightning comes back to you and not your teammate
Also I think this is the best perk because you can apply shocked but also ignite which just blows up your opponents health
@@pandu1c3 I agree with you about it being better but only for 2v2s. I think that the basic 5% perk is the best for the 1v1s. My bad for not specifying.
@@bcohenjdI just checked up attack should also make you electrified meaning your next attack applies shocked but it currently does not. So either he is bugged or they forgot to add it in or remove the text.

How do you get his lightning to be blue instead of yellow?
The only thing I did was change my teamates outline in the interface to blue.. maybe that's what it is...
Its the colour you chose for your own outline
Good guide but the thing about black Adam’s shock perk is wrong information. You say most of his moves apply shock but literally only his neutral special and neutral grounded attack apply shock
Yeah I looked back and seen that.. but in my opinion the shock perk is still the best.. the 5%perk might be a good 2nd. Thanks for watching

@iceshardz1 it lasts for about 2 sec but that's why I stack ignite also because those moves cause burn aswell for more dmg

What do think about the beta compared to this?
I'm getting used to this game now.. I don't like how some features that were in the beta did not make it into this game like the lab, and certain settings. One thing I will say is that in the beta I enjoyed 2v2 more and In this game I'm enjoying 1v1 a lot more

I don't think so, I tried it for like 10 minutes this morning and there's just too much lag after the jab 2 for the jump to come up
