I would like an update on this story. I myself was adopted. My parents went through enormous lengths to adopt both my brother and me. My biggest concern is the mother of the child in question obviously cared not enough to discover who she "sold" her daughter to, as she did so without even meeting them. I question the legality of adoptions such as these. There are reasons that there need to be background checks designed to protect the child. The adoptive parents must prove they have the financial ability to support the child. My parents waited for twelve long years for my brother and me. They called it the world's longest pregnancy! Not only were they educated, gentle, loyal and protective, they taught me tolerance, patience, humility and the value of hard work. I couldn't have prayed for better. Sadly, they are both deceased now. I cared for each of them before they passed. (As it should be.) And miss them every day. ANYONE with the health and right equipment can have children, but it takes a special kind to be a true parent.

You know, I suffer from severe and almost constant back pain following several major spine surgeries, but one thing that will always make me forget about my back pain, is the occasional situation where I accidentally bite my tongue, it’s not only excruciating, but can last for days as that part of the tongue gets swollen and constantly hits the teeth, and is also more likely to be bitten again.
With that said, I can’t imagine what it’s like to have your tongue surgically split even if the nerves are only on the surface of the tongue, they are still extremely sensitive, so whenever I see someone with a split tongue it gives me the shivers. They don’t, but just thinking about having it done is like a nightmare.
On a side note, I loved when the judge called him up, checked him out and asked him what he was trying to look like, and how all this got started. So often people are just superficial, but see seems to truly want to understand why he’s decided on a life of body modifications.
