Unless it's different in Canada, you don't have to participate in the census. I'm not sure what benefit it would be to someone by not doing it
@Peter Howery this is taken directly from Canadian government website: "All residents of Canada are legally required to complete the census questionnaire, according to the Statistics Act." It actually is illegal lol

The mask thing:
She is correct, there is no law requiring masks. She can't be arrested for that.
However, businesses have the right to deny service for *almost* any reason. For example, they can deny service if you are not wearing shoes, or shirts, or.... masks.
They also have the right to ask you to leave, since they are private property. So businesses are 100% within their right to ask you to leave if they don't like you for not wearing a mask. If you remain on their property after you are asked to leave, you would be guilty of trespassing, and that is an arrestable offense.

It’s a law thing from CZcams itself that says they can’t really show the results or the video gets monetized or even taken down. Not entirely sure why but that’s from what I’ve heard

There are a few debatable ones here. The Canadian governmental officer could have filed a failure to comply instead of insisting. And the bicycle rider could have left after one remark that the guys was parking illegally. It's one thing to be a concerned citizen, it's another to entitle yourself to law enforcement.
