Not a very strange thing that Tony Gupta didn’t tell her about mr. Nath. Firstly he’s a foreigner. Secondly he’s clearly a very suspicious person who’s been fiddled with before by procurement departments and his employees. If anything it shows a very seasoned bussiness person. I would do the same too. In fact I realise I have. It’s simply due diligence. Especially in a deal where you’re a shareholder and someone is operation. He’s sorting out the gaps in his mind.
