Hey man I just wanted to comment and say thank you for making this video. I’ve never worked on a car before and with your video I just replaced my radiator by myself! You’re awesome!

Thanks guys! Nice video! I watched this before I did my 2008 Maxima. I wanted to give a heads up to anyone doing a 2008 Maxima radiator replacement.
The 2008 is much simpler. Remove the front nose, battery, battery tray, hoses. Then the trick is to remove the cooling fan wiring harness. It is held in place by plastic clips. Then remove the fasteners holding the cooling fan assembly in place. Then pull it straight up and out. Then, with a little finesse, you can carefully pull the radiator up and out.
    Thanks again for the video.

Even years later you’re still helping👍🏾. Thank you very much. My upper transmission cooler line is leaking a little bit I think it’s the clamp being weak. Easy fix💯

I have a 2014 Maxima and i can see through the grill and the condenser (i thought was the actual radiator) was bent in very similar way to that one. The AC works and I’ve driven 250 plus miles at one time and the engine never seems to over heat... should i be alright?

Alright I’m trying to put a new radiator in my Maxima and I can’t get the drain plug to fit into it’s slot due to the housing for the fans, any tips?

So if I’m just replacing the top two radiator hoses what would you recommend to get to the clamp closes to the radiator I’m swapping mine out and bought the to upper hoses and filler cap as all one unit Nissan only sells it that way and the clamp is upside down like on the hose in your video

How did you get the transmission cooler lines reinstalled? It's a difficult position to reinstall it from. If couldn't get the connector to the condenser off as well.

What is the second catch tray for? Not the bucket with the coolant in it, is it catching transmission fluid or is it just water?

I tried to explain to my customers why the labor to replace the Fans is $400.00...You have to remove all that shit plus the support frame. As the Fans are built into it....

Childish mistake. You need to do an inspection of the vehicle and find a bent to hell condenser. Childs mistake. Common sense. But I guess your job is as a pos wholesale dealer mechanic so who gives a fuck right?
