There is a difference (mismatch) between LiquidCrystal lcd() and the LCD pin connections in the circuit diagram. Am I missing something or is there a mistake in your circuit?

@@CRAZY-ELECTRONICS Sorry your lcd connection and lcd initializing code is correct. I mistakenly thaught that those were mismatched. Now I understand that they are matched. I am sorry. I mistakenly thought that your circuit showed the pin numbers for an UNO! Now I understand that your circuit is for ATMEGA IC and code is for Arduino UNO!
