I have 200 year old books with this type pattern on the endpapers. All handmade. It's one of the many reasons to love antiquarian books.

Its named EBRU and this is some of ottoman art technique
This is a Turkish technique and is called “Ebru.” From ancient times they applied different patterns to different fabrics.

First: you are not Turks, but Turkic speaking Anatolians. Second: you seized this technology from Persians and called it yours, just as you did with a lot of other things robbed from Armenians, Greeks and Assyrians.
