This channel would gain much more traction if you actually put time into your body, gained muscle, ate right, and "looked like" you train. Optics matter and 90% of ppl don't watch to watch someone who looks like the guy who works at the library. Its not that hard to lift weights 3x a week and you will perform better with more strength and endurance.
