FYI! That discoloration is sun damage, not really staining from other owners. That just naturally happens to most things that sit in the sun for awhile. There are plenty of tutorials on CZcams on how to remove it if you ever felt the need in the future.

Do they even make toys as well as this anymore? I still have all my pollys from the 90s, I just cant give them up they are so special. I actually have the school polly, the desks are stamps and there is an ink pad under teachers desk. Great video, I love nostalgic toy asmr

They don't make toys like this anymore, because they are so small and the risk of children swallowing it is too high.
They do bigger Polly Pockets now, but they are just not the same and don't feel so special.
@@firebreather1395 I never tried to eat poor polly lol but my brother got a marble stuck up his nose so I guess some kids will always be a risk.
I am sure I have seen minture toys like lil shopkins playsets that are super similar in size, there must be something about them that makes them safer.

I’ve got two streets,the castle in the heart case,and the purple mansion.When my daughter is old enough she’s having them 🥰.
I always wanted some of these as a kid but my country never had them. I finally bought some last year and been enjoying them 😍🥰 In fact I actually have that pink rectangular one with the mirror only!!

This brings back old memories, I used to play with PP in the 90s. My mother would lock away all my toys but the Polly Pockets I managed to hide and keep because they're small and I guess she just forgot about them. I always loved all the details, they are so perfect for tracing, it's like they were made for asmr.

I used to love Polly pockets. My favorite toy as a kid was a small little mermaid Polly pocket set that was shaped like a shell.

I was born in the 96 so I didn’t grow up with this version of Polly Pocket but it still brings back the fond memories I had of the 2000’s version of Polly. Gotta love the rubber clothes that were perfect for chewing on 🤣
Side note, I always find it interesting yet a bit sad how toys/characters change throughout the years. Like today’s Polly Pocket is way different than the one I grew up with and it makes me sad so I can only imagine how those who grew up with this version of it felt when the 2000’s one came around.
