The little floor polishing machine can aldo be used to strip floors with the correct attachments. You can get different grades of buffing pads to use on that as well.

Lots of items you can use and separating the different things in the unit is a great idea. All those DVDs and games will keep you busy making sure they are in the cases. OMGOSH If you've never used greased lighting, use it.. No scrubbing necessary, I use it for everything except my car and my cat! Just spray it on wait a sec and wipe it off. Doesn't work for glass or mirrors, but Dang! Cleans floors and ovens and fridges and and and..... Sorry I love the stuff, can you tell?
Take chairs to car wash bring home dry & get a couple cans of rust paint you like &repaint.

You should take a look at Craigslist Central Florida for things you'll need to maintain your property!

When you have someone clean up the ponds take a look at the equipment they're using! Maybe you can find a used one and learn to operate it and clean the ponds yourself!
My sister has a floor scrubber/polisher similar, and they actually work really well.
The wax is probably used to make candles. That's what I do. By the way don't try for a new look. You are fine the way you are. God bless you both for all you do. At times of quarantine you guys are life savers.

I washed all the Lego occasionally in a mesh bag that had a tie off lock at the laundromat or a front end load machine. Our Lego were poured out onto a sheet from a bin, and picked up with the same sheet. The sheet was washed with the Lego.
PS I have 2 bins of Lego. Can't wait to move to FL this year!
