@@tiewjiayuan8051 actually no. Some Chinese young people call themselves "鼠鼠" just to express self-deprecation, because they feel like they are nobody just like a rat. You can google "鼠鼠文学" and you will see.
It also sounds like "uncle" in chinese as a reference.
In Chinese, cheating is ‘挂’, pronounced as gua. So if you guys ever meet a Chinese guy, when he yells this, run.

Brother im no expert, just an indie game dev, but as far as i've experienced it is all about client-server relationship. Client sends inputs and actions to the server. You see the server side. In case of packet loss, ping, lagg whatever you call happens, it happens on client side. If the client can't send the input to the server, you see the character as it is without any movement. Probably it is more complicated than that but thats the sum of it if im not mistaken
But then it is weird, that a charracter can lag in the air. If your theory is correct then a lag is just a missing input from the client side. Therefore the server should let the charracter drop down right?
there's "lag compensation" as well. When you lagging (server has no clue what you doing rn) server predicts what you'll be doing at the moment of lagged (based on previous inputs etc.) and execute it.

4:11 could any body explain how in the world that 112 dmg on purple and he is not crack?
I think what it was if you have a purple shield and pick up someones red shield core it gives you that extra armor as a temp shield. So the guy grabbed revs red shield core and had purple armor + the 25 temp shield.
