Call of Duty: Modern Warfare II is a 2022 first-person shooter game developed by Infinity Ward and published by Activision. It is a sequel to the 2019 reboot, and serves as the nineteenth installment in the overall Call of Duty series. - Hry
The biggest con of MWII is definitely when they removed Shepherd’s mustache
LOL honestly big facts
He doesn't deserve a mustache he isn't a mwn
True as fuck
Maybe he’ll get he’s mustach in mw3
@@kenxtachi4669 no that’ll be weird
the ending is legit "the power of friendship"
I think one major thing this game lacks that nobody is talking about is music. Music is VERY important when it comes to setting the atmosphere, and I don't recall hearing a single track during my playthrough. It makes everything seem lifeless to me.
wow, this is a fantastic point and something i didn’t even realize. maybe because they wanted to keep a level of “realism” but meh. i agree it’s lifeless
yessss!!! this was so disappointing for me coz i really enjoyed the MW2019 ost. seriously, "collateral" from the 2019 ost is one of the hardest tracks ive heard in a game in a long time
@@kel_ski i doubt this is it because mw2019 was considerably more "realistic" than mwii and the ost still slapped. honestly it just makes no sense. this isnt even limited to the campaign, im pretty sure the mp music is just recycled from mw2019 coz to me it just sounds exactly the same
@@marcotontodonati347 last memorable soundtrack I can think of is from bo2 not including zombies since it's basically the same song but remixed every year
@@kel_ski I'm sure they could mix having realistic missions with memorable moments. This whole campaign felt like they assigned every mission to a different team and then just glued it together at the end so I wouldn't be surprised if they just forgot to put anything in
I played the campaign first on regular then on realism and I just have to say that after releasing Hassan it’s like the story forgets about him, he also is just so random that you have no connection to him like you would to makarov or menendez. Then towards the end of the game it’s like the game remembers Hassan and the ending feels rushed because of it. Aside from that I loved the campaign and I can see myself playing it in the future just to pass some time.
the whole “oh he’s too hot to hold” was such BS lol, especially after airstriking mexico
Hassan has to be the worst antagonist the worst thing is I don’t even hate him and I especially don’t like him I’m just completely neutral to him but I do like his rants
@@Deathmare235 I feel like everybody can literally agree on this, for a big bad he felt like just another grunt.
@@NotMe-yh5gi And even then they went absolutely nowhere with what could be a good story beat
Graves is a likable villain, Shepherd is fine, I have nothing much for Hassan even he wants revenge
I didnt like the betrayal, but you could have tried to understand it. Sheperd betrayed them because they once again were about to find out he was involved in the missile situation, graves didnt just want their base
yeah i forgot to include that part, but even so, it didn’t really feel like we were “getting too close you know? it just felt rushed and so out of the blue. but they should’ve made the betrayal actually related to that, instead of using the base thing as a random reason to start conflict. they should’ve just flat out betrayed them lol
@@kel_ski I think there’s gonna be another one in the DLC
It’s still dumb cause those were illegal orders even if he covers the missiles he now has to cover the fact that his PMCs attacked 141 and Los Vaqueros
@@kel_ski the worst part of the betrayal is it completely contradicts Graves character before he was their brother and out of their blue he betrays them
“Graves, I know you take orders from Shepherd, but fuck that. We’re doing this together, no more casualties.”
Bam, Graves joins the hunt for Hassan and releases Alejandro, Shepherd is even more pissed and we have a story for MW3
I feel like Grave's betrayal was more on behalf of Shepherd since 141 was getting pretty close to cracking the truth behind Shepherd's and Grave's big screw up with the missiles.
I can see this, but it still feels incredibly random to link that reason to a scuffle over a base. They were even said “We got it from here, you guys have been relieved.” Like it didn’t even seem like they were going to kill them until Alejandro instigated first, you know?
@@kel_ski yeah I see where you're going, but when Graves "relieves" 141, sounds like he was pretty much firing them from the military so if they found the truth, they'd have no authority, but the betrayal was definitely lazy writing and even though ghost survived this one, it just didn't have much of a kick to it as the original did.
@@kel_ski Graves instigated first by betraying 141 and detaining Alejandro’s men
@@e1m137 well they were simply going to relieve them from duty and take over the operation, but it didnt seem like Graves WANTED to kill them. He even said "Nobody has to get hurt here"
@@kel_ski it’s way more realistic for shepherd a high ranking military officer getting a PMC to do his dirty work and coverups just seems more likely for something like that to happen irl
I’m getting a lot of comments about the betrayal, so let me clear things up:
I know Shepard was trying to cover up his missile failure, but the point is that they never INTENDED to kill off Soap and Ghost. Graves literally just told them to go home, and that they’ve been relieved from this mission. Things only got violent when Alejandro got violent (over the base/his men). I think it was a lazy way to escalate the situation, when in the original games Shepard just straight clapped you. Shepard in the old MW2 didn’t tell you “thank you Ghost and Roach, go on home!” Nah he just shot you lol
Shepherd in this game is just more accurate to real life, the big wealthy general with a lot of money to burn.
Hiring a PMC “ Someone off the books “ makes more since than to have him doing the dirty work himself.
Graves was using the old Police Trick of “You and the bad guy know each other so you two MIGHT be cooperating.” Might being enough for detention, but of course 141 wouldn’t stand for this and as we all saw detaining a mf like Ghost AINT happening.
I agree it does feel rushed but I can’t deny for HEAD CANNON it makes since why Graves would want the base.
It’s a stronghold in a foreign country, Graves and Shepherd would have been not only off the books but off the grid and out of jurisdiction for investigations. In theory anyway.
Great video, I already left my thoughts. Whoever else reads this makes sure you hit like on the video.
In any case, there was really no point for a betrayal under that context since I'm pretty sure that's not the only screw up America has ever done, hell even in the first mission in MW they fail to secure the gas and it ends up in Hadir's hands
imagine leading a group of people for years just for them to get arrested by someone you thought was close?? alejandro had a reason to get violent 😂
it wasnt over the base, it was over his people.
Dude alejandro got violent because of his men not over the base they got
i loced MW2019 because it realistically portrayed how brutal modern warfare is, while MW2 is just "go kill them bad guys. o no there is more bad guys go kill them too"
bad guys do bad things
I didn't watch any trailers of this game and during this video I saw Shephard's new design. I really dislike them changing his look, because his original design was so iconic and memorable. My brother said that he looks like a nazi commander now and I agree with him.
dude same! shepard was also ON the line fighting with you in the old games. in the new one he’s just some fat old man shouting orders lol
Fr shepherd was not only smart and cunning but was a extremely capable fighter. MY MAN LITERALLY BEAT UP SOAP AND PRICE AT THE SAME TIME
@@benc77 I guess I kinda understand why they made him a coward but they made him dumb for no reason
@@kel_ski to be fair, realistically you don’t see generals fighting on the front lines of wars, and the aim of the MW reboot is to be realistic, obviously not to the point where guns would jam and other inconveniences, but at the same time we don’t often see all out battles in modern times anyway, and stealth does gives you an advantage, which is why the military often go on stealth missions. I’m getting off topic, but my point is that shepherd isn’t some kind stupid coward hiding in his office, he a somewhat-levelheaded general who, even tho he doesn’t active fight, is fully aware of the situation and is not stupid.
He doesn’t look like nazi to me he looks like a soft old man who needs his diaper changed. I hate his new design, OG Shepard was a badass who was on the field himself leading troops and nearly managed to single-handedly kill off TF141 himself executing ghost, Roach, stabbing soap in the chest and beating the life out of price. Everything from his looks, voice, dialogue and actions were were more badass in 2009. 2022 Geriatric Shepard was just an incompetent fuck up who looks sad and old, they completely cut his nuts off it’s insane how bad they did him
Literally the first person I've seen to actually 100% understand the MW2 2009 plot. Bravo, Kelski
the reason shepard's betrayal worked in mw2 is because you didn't know it was going to happen, the game paints shepard as a normal general, and when you learn why he did it, it makes sense.
meanwhile in modern snorefare 2, you know shepard is going to betray you, the betrayal is well known now. so it happening doesn't have good effect. and the way they do it is pretty stupid.
i guess that also makes sense. Lacks that shock value. Also means a lot less since in the original games, Shepard betrayed you HIMSELF
I personally would’ve found it more surprising and interesting if it was Lazwell working with Shepherd to betray you.
I mean, she could’ve screwed up the missile delivery, rerouting them to Farrah’s soldiers but wound up loosing them, and it would be illegal because they’d probably still be on the terrorist watch list like in the last game; so she agrees to help Shepherd start his war like in the original and in return, he and the Shadows would help cover up her involvement.
I'm about to stop writing my review script because you nailed everything that bugged me. What bugged me the most was that we couldn't capture Hassan according to shepherd but then the shadow company goes and starts purging a Mexican city. What?!? The game had no stakes, I didn't care, and wasted characters (Graves, Alejandro). The game tried to be sicario with a bigger stake but failed to deliver.
Thing is with ghost is how stupid and goofy his new edgy persona is. Rather than being a mysterious addition to the main cast that everyone can like, he becomes some overpowered tough guy with a funky skull mask and excessively deep voice. His character lacks actual depth in the remakes and the original, however in the original it is because he’s meant to be a subtle character. In the new one he’s taken his mask of at least twice and arguably talks more than the rest of the cast. Quite talkative for a mysterious operative.
I stopped listening to the Halo Reach Developer Commentary to watch this.
It was worth it.
holy…… i am honored Hoovy 🤝🤝🤝
Man, THANK YOU!
Finally someone who had the same feeling I did. The reboot just doesn't feel as big and intense as the original. You had so much variety and bold ideas in the original. You felt the urgency, you truly felt like you were in WW3 fighting a losing battle with your comrades. The reboot has none of that
It's infiltration mission after infiltration mission. It's like they saw how people loved clear house and decided to put it EVERYWHERE.
And my God I just can't get over those rebooted characters. Like what the fuck did they do to price? Where is his deep and commanding voice? Why is he mumbling all the time? Why the hell is he so passive now? Why is soap a Jonas brother working for ghost and looking up to him?
The devs promised us a "dark and brutal story, a campaign that will clap your cheeks" and we got none of that
Meanwhile in the original, BOOM no Russian
It's like they're recycling every idea that worked because they know nostalgic players will buy it
yeah SO much slow stealth quiet gameplay. hell even in MW19 the interrogation section had you ACTIVELY try to avoid getting waterboarded yourself. the mini boss fights were also way more creative, playing as a young Pharah trying to take on a dude. this game just is way too safe
We need to BOOM no russian asap
It was never meant to be better than the original
I really love when youtube recommends channels like yours, I found you through your overwatch video and instantly loved your commentary + editing combo. It's really great to listen to, I'll probably never unsubscribe now. Good work man! (btw never played nor cared about cod but still loved the vid!)
i appreciate you still watching just to support me, even if you’re not a fan of the game 🤝 it means a lot :’^)
this was much better than what we got in mw3 2023
9:01 that shit caught me off guard lmao
first try 😎
2:50 i thought i was the only one i was deadass trying to dodge cars
dude that part had me retracting my neck like a turtle lol
The biggest complaints I have with this game is mainly the betrayal, it felt forced as throughout the game Graves respected you and then out of no where betrays you for no reason. Plus new Shepherd looks like an average general while the old Shepherd looked, acted and sounded like a war veteran.
All the missions feel way to similar, few exceptions from the stealth aspect which would be fine but the game makes them not as rememberable as old mw2.
Old general shepherd betrayed you out of nowhere too, instead of looking whats bad on the game, look at whats good on the game.
@@closechannelsorryoutofprop2950 He did betray you for a reason. He gets you to gather the Intel that has stuff about and he literally said tying up loose ends. Have you ever played the original mw2, I feel like most people would know that
Also big difference between out of nowhere compared to no reason
@@Lucifer-ot8wb I do, Graves kinda looks forced to betray you, Shepherd must forced Graves to betray us, on a flashback mission and that one mission where you saved Laswell, Shepherd didnt want to send some troops to help you, he must have plans that he wants to do.
@@Lucifer-ot8wb Also Modern Warfare II was supposed to be an introduction to Alejandro, New Soap, New Ghost and New Shepherd, i like new Ghost Mask, and Soap and Ghost duo.
Okay, it’s not forced at all. Graves clearly has some odd feelings towards the Mexican special forces. Not only that, shepherd felt as if you were getting to close to the truth (missiles fell into hands on his watch and he needs to make sure the truth doesn’t get out). Shadow is literally a PMC (private military corporation), their only incentive is profit, they are literally sheperhds private army. It completely makes sense, it’s all explained inside the game
From a perspective of a veteran the slow CQB moments are my favorite.
The mission at 2:48 I said “This is the COD mission, all the fans of the original will like this.”, such an intense and crazy scenario it makes since why the fan base would enjoy this mission.
Though I hope nobody has to enter real combat unwilling I do hope one day people can enjoy the bit authenticity that went into the slow missions.
That outro music gave me flashbacks I didn't know I had.
had to do that slight nostalgia trip 😎

Bro this campaign was so frustrating and the ending just made put me in disbelief on how boring it was. They lost what made mw2019s campaign so good

"The Longest video ever" me, who watched the 40 min MW3 2023 video before that
LMAOOO that didn't age well huh
I think there’s too much throw back to the old games, like I know it’s a soft reboot but that doesn’t mean you can’t have new things
It also doesn’t help that the entire campaign feels like a 6 hours Warzone/DMZ tutorial, the variety of mission is nice but it ruins the rhythm of the campaign.
yeah, it really did now that you mention it. the armored enemies were ESPECIALLY annoying. majority of the game was just a bit too boring tbh
Dude, you're literally a 2-million subscriber CZcamsr, you just don't know it yet. 🙌
that’s very generous of you to say haha, but im happy chillin in my small corner of the internet (^:
This video is very informative but yet funny and well edited Nice work 👍
Thank you 🤝
I played this campaign on Recruit (I just wanna absorb the story on a first playthrough), and idk if I just suck but I died ALOT compared to other campaigns on the same difficulty.
I could've sworn I had it on hardened or something at certain points, the time to kill even in the Campaign even on the lowest setting is a absurd.
I absolutely hate the campaign on 3 different points: The convoy mission (cool but GOOD LORD, how big is this goddamn convoy??? and also trying to shoot, drive, dodge land mines, and manage the vehicle health is annoying as hell at times), The "Boss fight" with Graves (Seriously? going between 3/4 houses to pick up a C4 and chuck it while being lasered by the tank and the A.I is so annoying) and the last bit of the Campaign where you are trying to find items, hack the missile, craft weapons, while these unkillable soldiers chase you around a fucking donut hallway was horrible
You couldn't hide from them effectively because you walk right into them off the elevator, this section of the level is so "Game logic" exclusively that its not even trying to pretend its a semi realistic shooter during this portion.
Also what was even the point of playing as ghost during the first level of the game and the last? Those are literally the ONLY times you play him, and in the first one you just walk through a canyon and call a missile strike, and in the last you are just taking one shot. Why play as Ghost at all if its gonna be for like 3 minutes total of an 8 HOUR CAMPAIGN THAT TALKS ABOUT HIM SO MUCH
Ill never understand
Donut hallway haha
I thought the driving mission with Gaz was pretty fun. Jumping off a vehicle to another just before it explodes over a mine felt so cool. But I will admit it goes on for awhile. And the fight with graves could’ve been handled better. We didn’t even get to see him die, but infinity ward is probably saving him for a dumb warzone plot so whatever.
@@kestrel4360 The fun part of the driving mission ends about right after you take out the Proximity mine truck, but theres still like another 10 mins of mission after that generously assuming you dont get railed when trying to dodge the APC towards the end
MW2 has really good and unique things about it, but jeez.
Also yea, I actually liked Graves best when he betrayed 141, but he was so Tacky during the boss fight and im 100% sure he's either coming back for MW3 or like you said something with Warzone
I’m so glad this video exists. I thought I was the only one. I agree with everything you said!
Top tier video if you keep it up there’s no way you’re not getting 100k next year
thanks brotha 🤝 i’ll keep it going!
You couldnt have said it better, props to you man
thanks for listening 🤝
You Got One Thing Wrong, The reason shepherd and graves betrayed 141 And Los Vequeros is becuase they were getting closes and closer to uncovering a mission that went wrong that shepherd didnt want the public to get, so by killing 141 and los vequeros the public would never get their hand on the info, if they did, shepherd and graves would be the bad guys and they obviously dont wont that, Great Video Tho
First video I’ve watched from u very entertaining. Personally I like he tactical feel but then again it’s subjective but great video
thanks for watching 🤝
Favourite parts are people yelling RPG!! And every time Price gets into a helicopter it takes about 3 minutes until its shoot down. 😂
No Russian is therapy for all those civilians getting in the way in all the other misssions
LMAO
Basically my thoughts here, especially the bit about the cool CoD moments in 1st person, it just feels like its missing something.
Yessir kelski dropped another banger
Now that I am thinking alot about it... Old MW2 did have a very stupid plot, like very dumb but they were able to deliver it in such a good and solid way through their character interactions. Nu-MWII does have good character moments but it isn't through out the missions. If anything the new campaign is a fun ride but also acts as a tutorial for Warzone 2 and DMZ
that’s a good way to put it. Warzone 2 better be phenomenal for taking away from the campaign design
@@kel_ski
That and Spec Ops. From the looks of it I hope Spec Ops did well
The campaign overall was good, I like how each mission was different and the different tactics you can use in each mission. However, there were some parts of the story were it seemed to drag on for an unnecessary amount of time like the whole fleet/car chase to get laswell back, it was cool but it got to the point where I said “damn is this gonna be over soon??” And another I hated was the anticlimactic death of graves like you spend all this time plotting on revenge just for him to die in a tank and I died around 80 times on that mission alone because SOMEHOW I kept getting killed even when I was all the way in the back laying down
congrats for the 10k subs man!
thank you thank you 🤝
I hate how they just turned Shepherd into a generic Mr. Pentagon type bad guy in MW2022 vs the "I fucking love war America number 1" mustached hardass in 2009.
i wished i talked more about this because new Shepard is just a geriatric old man trying to cover up an oopsie. Old shepard was a literal mad man and i loved it

great video, the fact they are planning on bringing out DLC for the game defo took away from the Campaign which is shame because it had some good moments
i’m surprised they are extending the makarov stuff into a paid DLC. I heard they are remaking no russian which is going to be insane. we’ll see how the current world handles it
@@kel_ski they should of went all out on the campaign but instead they wanted to get more money by breaking it up and having DLC
I'm ready for the world to lose its mind again 😂
@@kel_ski itll be toned down because Activision demands it so. Unless iw just tells all of corporate to go and choke on a grenade, and proceed to make the original version somehow more tame under an idea of political fuckery gone even more wrong, its gonna suck.

Bro this vid is hilarious, deserves way more views
Graves and shepherd betray him because the missiles were sent by shepherd, but fell into enemy hands by accident. Shepherd had them turn on each other because he didn’t want the secret to get out.
That mission where you play an injured Soap who has to recover, rearm, and get back at the enemy reminds me HEAVILY of the extra mission in Metro: Last Light where you play Pavel after he was captured by bandits. Just, obviously, with a much higher budget lol. VERY similar in execution and set up, and I actually really liked the mission because it felt different, and I enjoyed the build up.
I really like the channel, and I agree with you that CoD is just a linear, high octane thrill ride for the campaign. I almost only ever buy them for the campaign, because they're fun.

in the sniper mission, before i entered the last building (the house), i kept getting killed by two armored guys.
and boy, did i get mad.
The only thing I can knock the MW2 campaign for other than the plot holes, is the visual glitches on xbox. It was at its worst on the prison mission, as every single light was visible even through objects like terrain and props. It caused most of the screen to be just light, making it impossible to see

yeah killing him off immediately was an interesting story choice
honestly, imo the best campaign of the mw reboot
not because of the plot or graphics or anything. it's the variety. you have a bit of every mission in that campaign. going dark cleaning houses, ac130, all ghillied up, gorilla warfare, hitman...

17k subs with this editing? Insane! I would’ve thought u had millions
man i’m surprised i even got to 17k so fast! 2 months ago i had like 200 :’)
The campaign definitely could've used more variety. I personally don't enjoy too crazy of setpieces because they take me out of the moment, like I look at it and just go "yeah no I don't believe that for a second" but more of toned down setpieces could benefit.
I do find that the geopolitics was much more believable than before, and the narrative stays consistent enough for it to make sense if you pull some strings, though fitting in some more action would've been nice.
I would propose that the reason why this one didn't feel as good as the originals was because the narrative was tight knit and kept to the minimal amount of factions possible. OG MW2 had TF141 for some of the slow missions, but then switch to the Americans fighting Russia as a secondary conflict. Same thing with the pacific and Russian sides of WaW. There simply wasn't enough factions introduced to provide the variety while maintaining narrative consistency, largely at the fault of the writing.
I may prefer the slower paced tactical shooter vibe of MW2022 but I believe variety of additonal factions at play would've benefitted the game a lot more.
It could've easily been done with open conflicts revolving around AQ tensions or flashbacks to cartel vs Mexican forces prior to what it is today, just anything for at least a few missions.
that’s a great point actually. having different playable factions outside 141 led to more variety and pacing. it makes sense 141 wouldn’t be on a giant battlefield warzone intentionally. good comment
10k subs in only a month is really impressive
Why is this mans editing so good
i sacrifice my blood, sweat, and tears to do it :’^)
The story is something else man. It's the sole reason why I bought modern warfare 2. Didn't mind the slow pace because I was very interested in the story. So when it was time to do something you kind of felt responsible for the character you're playing with. 8 out of 10 for sure
Same
Missed your last couple vids due to the birth of my son. But I see you still didn't update your name to W-Kelski, WELSKI. I am disappoint. Superb vids as always. We trying to get u to 50k this year. Keep it up bro!
What did you think about the secret extra cinematic, cause it had a throwback to the originals where the text "remember no russains"
honestly super hyped, but part of me doesn’t feel they will actually remake the whole mission, especially in todays world. it might be a cutscene or something, or heavily censored. we shall see
Not that it really makes it any better but the betrayal was because tf141 were to close to finding out that Shepard gave the missiles
I honestly quite liked the betrayal for what it was yk it made sense for shepherd to try and cover it up and i honestly feel like it would have been better received if the original mw2 didn't exist because i dont think the new one is necessarily bad i only think it's bad in comparison to the original
What a banger vid
thank you sir 🤝 tons of time went into this :’^)
Father kelski has graced us with another banger
and in return i’ve been blessed with that W NeN comment
Great video, good discourse, clear explanation.
Personally I prefer the more nuanced and less explosion-y feel of *modern* modern warfare games. Don't get me wrong, I started on COD with cod2, so I fully know when COD truly wants to pull full scale war scenarios, it can pull it off. But every COD (from 2007 onwards) before the 2019 reboot was basically trying to one-up the previous entry in the franchise. There's a ceiling of diminishing returns on how far you can one-up.
Another important point is, typically more serious and grounded shooter games tend to go the tactical route, so become inaccessible for casual players who just want a good single player experience without compromising the realism in the thematic aspect of the game. COD has that.
You're CoD MW II is hilarious 😂 😃
MEGA big ups to you pimp
i feel slightly flattered knowing I changed my pfp into a meme so a thumbnail like this exists and I can feel flattered (slightly)
thank you for your service 🙏
8:30 "Waitaminut" ahaha
I really like how the new modern warfare is slower, I like the strengths the new series and the old series both have
Bruh 8:51 i spit cola on my keyboard, whats that sound
great videos
thank you sir 🤝
I recently played mw2 (the remastered version) and have to say what you said about the variety is incorrect. It feels like The gameplay changes from mission to mission and that you are not doing the same thing over and over again. You can tell they wanted the gameplay to stand out in this one
i was probably a bit harsh on the variety thing, but i guess there’s just so many more “slow, tactical” missions in this game compared to being more over the top. that’s more of a creative decision though
@@kel_ski i agree with the pacing aspect of your point.
But who can’t resist the Ghost and soap dialogue.
Then they make out
best part of the game 100%
Bro the AC mission was SICK
it was INSANELY satisfying. they nailed it so perfectly
Call of Duty Battle Royal game mode should be like the Alone Mission. I think the gameplay would be so much more tense and fun, it would feel more real.
good video bro. next vid: Post scriptum :)
LOL you really want me to try that game huh 👀
anyone else think the guy that kidnaps laszlo has very similar eyes to swaggersouls? or is that just me
For me personally, I agree with all of your criticism besides the Spec Ops one, I love the tactical feel, but the story was SO weak. It was like a high school reunion of 2019 characters, but that has no actual reason. "Shit's going down better call very specifically Ghost, Soap, Farah and the Mexican guy we literally just met and create the COD Avengers!". Somehow all the good guys are British, all the bad guys are American, it's so shallow. Also the plot twist wasn't what you said, it was Shepard covering his own ass for his failure of missiles falling into the wrong hands, but even then like why then? It was just goofy and pointless & then at the end he disappears... How? He's an American general. It was all just stupid, childish and weird. Some missions were fun, but it did indeed lacked sense and variety...
yeah the story had sooo many plot holes in it
