- Nice conductor lady still gave us 50th anniversary pins but the flagger had more things to say to the foamer lol. Today I actually was taking a video of the new Amtrak and the Engineer was actually cool.
He honked the horn and waved as I was filming the train.
Orange shirt dude is just looking to get arrested.
That guy always gets in trouble cause I'm pretty sure this is the same guy that went on the tracks then took off with mommy in a car after getting shit from the conductor

This is the same incident. Just different guy taking a video and another angle.
In Alex's video, the engineer can be heard on the radio saying "He's done it several times throughout the weeks that we've come in here and I'm getting tired of it." So it's safe to say that he's done it many times.

So this is the same train with the same consist and the same pin bearing conductor as that other video with the orange shirt foamer, but this is a completely different event at a different crossing. Florida, get your shit together.

There’s nothing wrong with likening trains and taking videos but to y’all young ones out there. Don’t stand stand on the tracks for the love of god. Respect the rules of the Railroad or else you’ll face consequences. By that I mean either death, jail or fines or all three..
The Amtrak guy should have told him to his face instead of waiting until he was safely on the train to warn him.

Obese AMTRAK conductor is probably far more of a risk of an accident to the company than someone taking a few pictures!
If that foamer tripped and fell on his ass on the tracks, he'd be at risk. Don't worry about the conductor and how he looks.
Taking pictures in the middle of the gauge is not only considered trespassing it just puts stress on the crew. A lot of crews deal with that, I’ve dealt with that. It’s not fun. Stay away from the tracks!
Foamer standing in the track of a moving train is much more of a risk than the conductor ever will be. Sorry.
