- Waluigi meets the young witch Ashley (from the Warioware series) in an haunted mansion filled with ghosts.
Canonically there isn't any history between this pair, the only thing that links these two is Wario and Nintendo fan art by, somehow resulting in Waluigi x Ashley. The only game which Ashley and Waluigi have appeared in together is Super Smash Bros 4 as assist trophies and Super Mario Maker (2015) as costumes.
Who's Ashley? Ashley made her debut in WarioWare: Touched! She is a young witch and employee of Wario's company Warioware Inc. Since then she has been a recurring character in the Warioware series, recently appearing in Game and Wario, she also has her own theme song entitled Ashley's Song.

[Ashley is sitting on Walugi legs playing with 3DS then sh finally notices his odd behavior and becomes uncomfortable.]
Waluigi: [winking and making exaggerated gestures] Oh, Ashley! You must be a treasure, 'cause I'm diggin' your smile.
Ashley: [focused on her laptop] Huh? Oh, thanks, I guess.
[Ashley continues working, seemingly unaware of Waluigi's persistent attempts at flirting.]
Scene 2: Ashley's Call to the Police
[Ashley runs until at phone she puts 9-1-1 and waiting the police call.]
Ashley: [on the phone with the police] Hello, I need to report a man who's been following me and making me uncomfortable. He won't leave me alone.
Police Officer: [on the other end] We'll send an officer over right away. Can you describe the man?
[Ashley gives a description of Waluigi, and soon enough, a police officer arrives.]
Scene 3: Waluigi's Arrest
[A police officer approaches Ashley's house, where he's still trying to flirt with Ashley.]
Police Officer: [firmly] Sir, can you please step away from the young lady?
Waluigi: [surprised] Huh? What's the problem, officer?
[Ashley points out Waluigi as the person who has been bothering her.]
Ashley: [angry] That's the guy! He's been flirting on me and making me really uncomfortable!
Police Officer: [handcuffing Waluigi] Sir, you are under arrest for harassment, stalking and pedophilia.
[Ashley thanks the police officer, relieved that Waluigi's unwanted attention has come to an end.]
Scene 6: Conclusion
[Ashley can finally go about her life without Waluigi's persistent flirting and advances. She's relieved to have taken action and reported the harassment.]
