Played against Vlad with today, was planning on just playing passive and roaming down bot since I'm not that confident with the matchup, but our Hec with flash decided to gank a few times despite my complaints. I definitely could have played better but wished Hec listened. We lost ^ ^

I think Cassio is stronger than Vlad against Kat... Ok you can make impossible for her interrupt your ult just pressing R looking from the other side... Ok so... Still she have untradable damage, just hoping Cassio is a demon with her mana...
you can counterbuild and outplay most of the time but don't give me wrong it's fuckd up to lane against, just be patient and map aware and delicate about stealing SC, aways in and out her vision so she can mess up with ping too so your roams can be more powerful, you are like aways stealing XP and stealing SC wen you can
Microwise, she have a little aoe damage in a small circle, if she hits that we are fucked, out play it and you out trade her (with lvl lead early, or bigger minionwave) mid game you can out trade her
If you dodge that small aoe, now for the ult, if you have good reflexes then it's not o problem, you can dodge, turn your back or take it if you dodged the small aoe depending both builds, and her cc you need to layout as well and it haves a long cooldown. It's like a turns base rpg with dodge minimages.
God I hate Vlad's early game
