Thank you for the content. Your videos are not the mainstream niche or hype of a magic workout. Most content creators/ trainers simply paraphrase the same content and basic knowledge. All true coaches should understand plyos, special endurance, tempo runs, long runs, intervals, resisted sprints etc improve performance. Your content completes the missing links between advanced and elite or novice and advanced. I've been coaching for 7 years and have competed as collegiate and elite athlete deep into my twenties and now 30's . I'm a hybrid athlete mid distance runner and martial artist ( spartan races, boxing, and judo). In college I was a pure 100m athlete and couldn't run a mile. I strictly did Olympic Lifting, power lifting and short sprints training 2-3 times per day 5-6 days per week. From ages 30-32 I am faster than I was in college because of these psychological cues you teach. I wish more young athletes trusted these methods instead of thinking brute force equals results. I no longer olympic lift due to injury, I barely weight lift. I run only 2-3 days per week maybe 4 if my work and marriage schedule permits. But relaxation and focus has extended my athletic prime and I am confident I can maintain my athletic prime well past 40's because of groundbreaking information like the content you share. Of course hard work, drive, and remaining injury free are the other variables that will contribute to maximum athletic performance. But focusing on maximum mental and physiological performance is KING AND QUEEN.

Great video like all your videos, you do something unique that is not found anywhere else!
When I run my fastest this is exactly how I feel - relaxed and strong before the start and I know that I will run fast, I just know that I don't even care about the time - at the start I feel perfectly all the angles of my body and I feel like I am putting on a show for those who follow me they look, when I look at the finish the distance somehow seems smaller than it is, the finish seems very close to me. When I'm running I feel like I'm flying and nothing can be faster than me and I can run as fast as I want, I know it sounds incredible but that's exactly what I'm experiencing and the strangest thing is that you describe a lot of similar experiences, I thought that only is anyone else experiencing this exact thing. But the truth is that this only happened to me in training and always late afternoon or evening after 6:00 pm (don't know if there is a common) and in general I only get into this state (sort of trance) about once every 100 to 200 trainings, but never at a competition, and I know that if I am at a competition in such a condition I will do something amazing, in such a condition we are talking about a personal 60m by about a few tenths, which is amazing, but possible. I know a lot of things from experience and now I learn more from your videos, but I still can't control how to reach this magical state, it happens when I'm rested, I eat chocolate 30 minutes before training, it's evening, but there's something else.. .
