Nice build. too bad about the clear. Thanks for sharing
Thanks for the great shout out,
That's nice of you to build that for your friends retirement.
Killing two birds with one stone.
I don't never do any wet sanding to my models I tired it before but I didn't see a big difference chances are I just didn't know what I was doing 😅😅
However I do LIGHTLY dry sand the primer .
Yep I will be announcing the group build sometime next month.
I agree with you about the community everyone is nice and welcoming , I didn't know what to expect whenever I first started my channel , I just wanted to learn new things and show my work.
Everyone has been amazing with advice, tips etc etc
Thank you again for the Shout out and
Your channel is doing well you will be at 1k before you know it.
You're welcome, Jay Tee. I am finished. Today is Tuesday. I ended up coating it twice with floor wax. No perfect but, none of my models are brother.
Wow cool story and update, Sprintcar is looking awesome❤, have a great weekend coming Cheers 🍻🍻🇦🇺🇦🇺🦘🦘🏔🏔🌨🌨❄️❄️
Thank you for watching KC. I appreciate it.
Looking good. Have a great weekend!!!
Sorry it took so long to respond and thanks for watching.
Nice sprint car build and shoutout. Love the $10 price. Cross section of drivers anatomy is unique 👌
Thanks David. I crack myself up being goofy.
Looking great, Mark 👍 As mentioned before, I love Rush 🤘😎🤘
I listened to the whole Rush library making this for my buddy. Thanks for watching, Greg. Doing the final tomorrow. My friend and I met the year that they came out with their first album.
Very cool base and the build too! Great shout out for JT! 👍
Thank you, Will. Have a good week.
Painting the body of the car is my nemesis! I can do a great job with the interior and chassis, but I'm always afraid of painting the body and screwing it up. Thankfully, there is sanding, buffing/polishing, and in worst case, a dunk in your favorite chemical solution. Sanding and polishing can really redeem a paint job you thought was a lost cause. BTW, love the extra detail on the figure!
Painting the body is definitely a chore for me. Thanks the extra detail is me being goofy.
Cool Build you got going, and JT has a very cool channel for sure. Thanks for sharing Mark, the base you made for the build is way cool.
Thank you, Sir.
Your sprint car looks awesome Mark! I'm looking forward to your final! 😎👍
Thanks 👍Mike. Just finished.
Sprint is looking great, Cool video, Ron
Thanks for checking it out, Ron.
Sprint is looking good Mark, hope you can fix the clear, 😎👍
Thank you, Tom. Yeah I used Tamyia paint and Testors Extreme Laquer over top. It could have been that or the fact that it was 95 degrees and 95% humidity. haha
@@themediocremodeler-zm7ny One of the cans, maybe the wet look clear lacquer says not to spray over 60% humidity
Nice video Mark. I am sure your friend will love the retirement gift. Liked and subbed (I think I was 500?? Woot!!)
I don't like correcting people. but my name is Mark. No worries Tim. Thanks for the sub!
@themediocremodeler-zm7ny oh man...sorry about that! Thanks for correcting me.
Oh and I think I'm first 😂
Yes you were. Thank You KC.
