    That is so cool! Kudos Uganda, it is about time that our engineering talents are put to solving Africa's transportation problems! We need to invest in solar energy, God gave us 360 days of sun and solar power that we do not use at all! Tanzania should borrow the leaf from Uganda! That is how we move forward as a continent!

    Thank you for showing this video. Please Uganda take the boarder boarders off the streets of Kampala and replace them with these buses. Boarder is the worst thing that happened to Kampala. second problem is the city has been developed and renewed since the 1960s.The leadership of Uganda has let Uganda down. Corruption needs to stop.

    Yes. Africans can do these simple things themselves. And so far i don't think Africa needs to switch, here in EU, there is no switch but if Africa can do affordability with both solar and gas or diesel for backup, then it could work. Yet most people will still use gas across the globe.

    Impressive for Uganda manufacturing buses. However, they should be lesser size to fit on narrow Ugandan. For example, they can't fit on Munyonyo Commonwealth Resort narrow roads

    We better import tooth picks than machinery we don't have enough forest cover beside we are reliant for this forest for rains which nowadays is short and far between. China has enough forest the size of east Africa alone.

      They have bn made in nakasongola bt now their plant z out in Jinja,,,buses are on Kampala road mainly and bundibudyo route

      All I know thoz bus are made by investors in Kenya not real Kenyans,,, also in Uganda we have a car plant in nakasongola where thoz kiira buses were made from before there plant z out bt we were not proud of it coz ts not ours 😂😂in Africa ts only Uganda and south Africa ( Nigerian there)where real Africans have 😂

    The next step we should now do is stop importing foreign Busses all across Africa, a certain percent and set up plants for local busses across the industrialised african countries. And increase tariffs for imports as Busses.
