- I was very lucky to have the opportunity to train in my back garden with world champion muay thai fighter Yoddecha Sityodtong.
It was an awesome experience.
We did pad rounds, elbow counters and clinch. I was so tired after that I had to have a nap 😴 🤣🤣

As a fellow martial artist I really enjoy watching muay thai practitioners train because we get to see just how elegant of a fighting art it truly is. I feel like most people believe it to be brutal, and often times it can be, but the nuances and the precision of the techniques demonstrate it's sophistication. 🙏
Thanks. Yes muay thai is incredibly technical
I love your ‘white belt’ mentality, Matt. Your training videos clearly demonstrate your skill and proficiency, but you’re humble enough to show us your continued development. Inspiring.
Many thanks. I just love learning

*You can tell a legit Thai fighter from their calves. That have that extra developed soleus muscle in the calf. Typically on their right leg.*
