Hi @luannalovell! Ouch, we're sorry to hear about that. In this case we recommend consulting with your regular healthcare practitioner. In the interim and if you'd like to learn more about the benefits of Red Light Therapy feel free to check out this blog - infrared-sauna.com.au/blog/what-is-the-difference-between-red-light-therapy-and-infrared-sauna It includes a great, in depth video on the benefits of Red Light Therapy. Wishing you a speedy recovery! :)
Hey there! We recommend wearing the eye protection provided with the RLT upgrade when facing the lights. When using the RLT, do not stare directly into the light emitting diodes (LEDs). If you have any eye sensitivity or sight disorders, we recommend consulting with a qualified healthcare professional before using any Red Light Therapy product.
Hi. I have the heater upgrade on the door. Could I use the red light therapy box on its stand inside the sauna on the floor space and unplug the heater and use socket for red light? Thanks.
Hi Deborah, yes that is an option if you don't want to continually be switching the units on and off the front door! Great idea. Of course, you won't be able to have both running simultaneously with only one power point but nonetheless, you've suggested a great idea to avoid having to completely take them off and on repetitively 🙏
I just purchased the Sanctuary 2 which comes with medical grade chromotherapy--would the Red light tower not be redundant? I am torn between buying the heater for the door and this unit--thoughts?
Great question! So Chromotherapy and Red Light Therapy are two different therapies. It is very confusing and the terminology used is very similar which makes it really hard to break down, as well as other brands purposely keep the information vague to benefit from any marketing. In short, no. Red Light Therapy devices are different to chromotherapy and infrared sauna therapy. While the names of what is used are very similar, there are some nuances that change the therapeutic properties of how the human body interacts with these wavelengths. Here is a super quick overview: Far-infrared light = most common heating panels in infrared saunas Mid-infrared light = not used as much because uses more energy however produces more heat Near-infrared light = used for wound healing and produces more heat however it needs to be closer to the skin Full-spectrum light = a single heating source that produces all three light sources at once - used in our sauna models primarily to make them hotter Chromotherapy light = coloured light from led sources that produce no heat. Every colour has it's own wavelength and produces different mood signals to the brain. Great for relaxation etc. Red Light Therapy = A precise combination of near-infrared light and a "pure" red coloured light at very precise wavelengths, outputted at a certain distance using specific optics. Hope that helps 🙏
Hi there! I have a clearlight sauna and the red light tower! If I wanted to use my red light outside of the sauna is there a certain cord/adapter I need? I’m having a hard time researching a cord to buy to use it in a regular house plug in. Thanks in advance
Hey Mel B, many customers have purchased a "kettle plug" adapter, which allows the Red Light Therapy Tower to be plugged into a standard 10amp socket. Please see here: www.jbhifi.com.au/products/xcd-kettle-power-cable-2m Thank you
He is an engineer. There's plenty of information out there on red light therapy that aligns with what he is saying. Google Dr Rhonda Patrick red light therapy. She has compiled a great resource of information on her site with links to the studies regarding what she talks about.

Do we need to wear glasses while using the red light therapy panel? Won't it damage the eyes?
