Economic and market outlook - January 2023

The global economic cycle is likely to remain dependent on what happens in the US. For the time being, at least until recently, the US economy seemed very resilient. However, we believe that a recession is inevitable within a year. In this context, we believe that patience is still required in the equity markets. On the other hand, the rise in interest rates is creating opportunities in the bond markets.
