È un B688 ma non ti consiglio nessuno di questi circuiti perché almeno il 30% della corrente si trasforma in calore che non viene usato nel trasformatore ma se lo vuoi costruire lo stesso va bene

This is silly video, why half wave rectified to 44V to light an led that only requires around 3v, this could be done with a a PP9 battery and a resistor, for most a multimeters voltage on resistance would light an led as well, connecting that set up in reverse is likely to blow the led or overload those cree ones.

How are you giving + supply to Emitter, its 2SB 688 a PNP transistor. according to your connections only NPN transistor can be used instead. it looks fake wont work.
