I have a question that I ask here, because I can't ask on Kickstarter.
Shouldn't we get miniatures for the standees characters? And do we get them, if we late pledged? Now after I saw a question about this on Kickstarter I am really unsure. I didn't backed for any optional characters, because they should be in the strech goals or am I wrong?
Yes, by being a backer you'll get a lot of the figures to replace the standees in the promo box.

Guessing, and hoping, the stand-ups will or can have an optional miniature expansion pack in the future.
Also isn't 20 pounds about what KD:M weighs in at... Sheesh... So many games squeezing stuff into their core sets. It is a little imposing...
