Over the moon with my Hot Toys Marty and Doc. BttF trilogy is my favourite film trilogy. It is a perfect trilogy.
I would love to see Hot Toys do the wider universe like Lorraine, George and Biff. However I am also partially grateful… specifically my bank balance. Hot Toys has done all three movies for the Doc and Marty. I know I’d want every figure they ever brought out.

I wasn't super interested in these, but you now have me on the fence. They do look really good. The only major issue I have is that I don't have their BttF 2 counterparts. If I knew for sure that we'd get 2.0 versions of those down the line, I'd jump on these immediately.

I love all three of the films so much also The bandana that doc had On him that's his shirt from part 2 cause you do see the cowboys and trains on it.

BTTF 3 is my second favourite of the trilogy. The Western setting, Doc’s romance with Clara and the whole train sequence make it a completely different movie experience while still being a 100% true to the BTTF formula. I doubt I’ll get these two (still have to get Doc from the first movie), but If I ever do, that pose of Doc with his rifle is just fire, such a great look. But still, as good as these head sculpts are, they still aren’t quite there, especially with Doc. Hell of an improvement though.

I like the way these look, but I decided to get the amazing Iron Studios statue of Doc and Marty with the clock. It's 1/10 not 1/6, but the clock diorama makes a great display and perfect companion piece for my BTTF 1 Hot Toys figures.

I'd say BTTF2 is my favorite of the bunch. It the heaviest Sci Fi film or the bunch which let's them get pretty creative. But I think consider the trilogy as one whole film.
BTTF2 doesn't work as well without the first and BTTF3 resolves it all. I have to watch them all together. It's a near perfect trilogy for something that wasn't initially set out to be.
I am still undecided!
Imagine if they had the 1955 versions of Doc and Marty. Marty’s head sculpt would include that slicked back hairstyle. He’d come with 2 outfits. The first would be the casual outfit he wore during the skateboard chase scene. Imagine it… the navy and red button down shirt, the Levi’s blue jeans cuffed at the ankle, the two toned jacket and the Chuck Taylors. The alternative outfit would be the “Johnny B. Goode” zoot suit. His accessories would include extra hands, the disappearing photograph, the red guitar, a mic stand, the primitive skateboard, an old fashioned Pepsi bottle, and the warning letter that he writes for Doc with the envelope that reads “Do Not Open Until 1985”.
Doc would have the outfit he wore when the lightning struck the clock tower, and his laboratory outfit with the goggles. His accessories would include extra hands of course, the goggles, the mind reading helmet, jumper cables, the windup toy car, and the schematic for the flux capacitor.

Marty McFly's Crotch Grabber - Why Marty keeps getting a waste clamp is because Michael J. Fox himself said no to the approval of the crotch grabber. He even publicly stated this on Jimmel Kimmel Live! in 2015 to celebrate BTTF day on October 21st, and how he told them (Hot Toys) to get rid of that thing. Kimmel brought the Part I figure out because he was surprised that no one had made a Marty McFly action up to that point. Again, that's all MJF, as he would not allow anyone to make a figure without his approval, which he was against for the longest time until Hot Toys did the first one in 2015.
Head Sculpts - I have been collecting BTTF merchandise since the 1980's, and it being my primary thing that I collect, BTTF figures had been on the top of my list since Part II in 1989. Again MJF wouldn't go for it, thus nothing ever got produced. While I'm happy that Hot Toys has the license, as I do have other non-BTTF Hot Toys figures my collection, they just never got any of the head sculpts right. The closest one was the Part I/Part II Doc, even with that goofy open mouth expression, that was the closest they ever got to getting it right in terms or resemblance. The Marty's have never looked 100% accurate, nor does this one. It's sad as massive BTTF fan that when you compare the head sculpts on these to other Hot Toys such as Marvel, DC and Star Wars, it's a shame they couldn't get MJF/Marty right.
DeLorean Time Machine Mark III/IV - Hot Toys was given advice by Universal licensing and some people in the BTTF community who are at the higher echelon of making things happen, and advised Hot Toys to make one single DeLorean with interchangeable parts from all four versions as seen throughout the trilogy. Hot Toys of course ignored this advise.
Other Characters - Clara in her purple dress would be nice, especially if you're someone like me displaying them as seen in each poster. I can see Biff, Griff and Buford "Mad Dog" Tannen happening, but don't expect a George McFly to ever happen, no way in hell Crispin Glover will let it happen. I would like to see them release the prototypes from Part II with Marty in his black leather jacket and hat, and Doc in his iconic yellow train shirt (same pattern as his bandana) that they've teased us with a few years ago. Would have made a lot more sense to release Part I Doc in his radiation suit along with a Marty in his radiation suit as well, a 2-pack would have been a good idea. And of course, no one has yet ever made Doc's Time Traveling Train at any scale, even though it's been a fan favorite and something asked for by the fan base for 35 years now.

Idk if this was something you wanted an answer for but I do have an answer. If you were to get into a gun fight, you want your spare bullets out of the way incase a fired bullet heads in that direction because if that bullet doesn’t kill you, then your spare ones on your belt will definitely do the trick if a stray bullet goes through them because they will explode.
While it definitely does make reloading more difficult, it will ultimately increase your chances of survival and keep you safer in the long run
(I hope this makes sense)

I've got a Doctor Who figure with a tie/cravat and a pocket watch, with similar type clothes and molded hair. I don't think I ever got the watch threaded right. These figures are great that they give so many options with outfits and stuff. I think the only thing I don't like these double figure reviews is it makes for a very long video.

@@JustinsCollection the 8th doctor who, I know has some controversy around him since he was just in part of an "Americanization" attempt. The movie left a lot to be desired but I like Paul McGann and I think he had some great potential in the role. He had a great costume too.

The BTTF 3 Doc Brown headsculpt is probably the best and more accurate Hot Toys has made compared to previous versions. I still the feel the BTTF 1 version of Doc Brown, was a bad decision to use the BTTF 2 headsculpt.

There’s a 3rd party company making a Biff. They are also making 2 versions of Doc that look better sculpt wise than HT and a BTTF2 Marty. Not sure if you’re aware of this

As a kid I always loved part 3 the most, mainly because I enjoyed cowboys of the old west. As an adult it is the weakest of the bunch, but still a great trilogy.

Love this guy just wonder what his real voice sounds like as in videos he sounds like he's constipated. Best videos ever though.
That's the wildest ride I've ever been on. A compliment sandwich. I sound like this I guess. I'd say trying to record a 25min plus video alone in a studio holding a 12" toy does perhaps make you sound different talking to yourself? Either way I do the best I can.
I think Doc has the worse sculpted hair done by Hot Toys so far... Especially compared with the details in the AUG toys Paul Atraides.
