Hey mate. It's best if you can monitor the charts especially on 1m entries otherwise it will be difficult if you work to take the trades. Guerrilla is easy to learn and backtest but it will take a lot of time and effort to learn price action and get your final trade plan for each strategy and currency pair they trade plus its easier to enter trades as they only use the 1h timeframe. Not sure what you mean by chat analysis? You'd usually do daily outlooks/forecasts in both communities and they can be done on a Sunday night for example ready for market open. Hope this helps buddy!

A lot of the time with the Guerrilla strategy you see some good winners come during Asian session (usually when I'm asleep as I'm from the UK) so a lot of the community set alarms every hour throughout the night to catch these trades and that's something I struggled with personally when working. If you trade Photon style you could trade just London session which provides more than enough opportunity to make good percentage every month. If you wanted to you could take the concepts from Photon and trade the 15m timeframe instead of the 1m then that would be more manageable if you work.

Personally I've started to implement some of the concepts that ICT teaches with the stuff I learnt from Phantom and Photon and its transformed my trading to be honest. ICT can be hard to understand but will come if you keep at it mate!
How long is the course content, as I was a member of phantom but the course was so long and tedious. I found it quite confusing. I am very tempted to get into Photon as I like the way Matt conducts his youtube videos.
They both teach the same concepts. Photon is more expensive but he also explained it in a way that was easier for me to understand. In my opinion they're both very good, if you find it hard to understand probably go Photon but if you want a cheaper option go Phantom, you will learn a lot from both.
