The key features of this machine are the possibility to work in continuous, thanks to our rear blocking independent bar, to grant high flexibility and productivity. Besides, cross loading option allows us to easily handle production of multiple panels side by side in the same pressing cycle.
sergiani gsl-a is equipped with three hydraulic units to control vertical, side and rear blocking independent bar. The cycle, electronically controlled, is fully automatic and with multiple setting options to adjust the cycle according to the product processed.
Side pressing unit with exclusion of each cylinder and vertical adjustment to have the possibility to process different panel’s dimensions.
