Its a car that already had problems and adding more horsepower to it only created more so they have to rebuild it and replace parts as well they have to either get custom parts or search quite some time for them and shipping isn't fast with cars and car parts. With a machine like that your also have to be so precise and with precision you need lots of time and doesn't help that the shop also has had other cars in there longer and other customers as well and because its also a smaller shop less staff and longer time on everything. Im sure James is aware of all that and is happy that its happening. So please don't hate on a shop and the people who have years of experience they work hard and do probably some of them best work out there and also making sure its done right.
people who own these cars don't watch vlogs, they talk with us on the phone and come in to meet us. That's where you see us and know us. Not from 3rd party comments from people who don't own a v10
When I saw the lambo up on stilts with still no engine in it after almost 3 years absolutely shook me. Absolutely ridiculous by the company. And disrespectful to James. Almost nothing has been done after 3 years… not your fault James.

For reference: donut media was able to twin turbo a 350z with a team of 5 people in under 3 days. I know that a Lamborghini v10 is significantly more complicated than a vq35 and that the tt job will be much better but it’s still unreal that it’s taken over 350x longer than that and counting for those fraudsters to tt the gallardo. Ground wasn’t broken on the house for over a year after the gallardo went to B Joke Builds and it’s basically done now and the engine isn’t even in the damn gallardo yet. Unbelievable.
we built a 1300 hp r8 in 4 days.... we do this too. But this car is a crazy scenario.... another shop you all love to talk about took 2 year to build a preLP Gallardo........

Time sure does fly. Still remained my favourite youtube channel all these years.

the garage you are twin turboing your lambo at must be one of the worst ever. 3 cavemen could have finished it it has been 3 years. DDE supercharge and turbo their cars in months
Here's the thing, the cars DDE supercharged and twin turboed are completely different, Dave's Gallardo was a 2013 Squadre Corse, which is based on the LP570 platform, that used the 5.2 odd firing V10 comparing to James' 2006 which uses a 5.0 V10. Different motor, different parts, and since the 5.0 is basically more rare than the 5.2, parts are even harder to find, hence it takes longer. Besides, hasn't DDE's 720 GTR been in the shop for almost a year now?
@@TaffPlays i understand that but dde literally twin turbod the f12 which nobody has ever done before in and redesigned the engine bay in less than a year. It is currently back in for repairs but at least it worked and they drove it for like a month. There are tons of tt lambo gallardos just like stradman's model out there. The garage is just trash(the person that installed the turbo kit also did it alone over a few months)
James you need the garage door motors that mount on the side of the door, so you won’t have the belt/chain tracks. It’ll look cleaner if you install those sick hexagon leds.

I have a feeling it had to do with Covid. They were probably behind and couldn’t get parts for the vehicles. Cause 2 years does seem like a long time but that’s the only reason I can think of.

Superleggera's are cool, but a gated normal one is even cooler (yes I know you can get a Gated Superleggera but there's like 10 of them in the world).
Why not just tell them to stop the build and ship it to Sheepy or agx in California. You’d have it in less than a week. There is a difference between working on R8s and Lambos.
Tell them to ship it to Pep Boys. They’d probably do it faster than B Rouge.

I remember subbing to this channel when it had around 70k subs and I remember watching the video in which you explained how much is left to pay on the gallardo...I'm pretty sure I was around 13 at the time and now i'm almost 19. Here's the thing, the cars DDE supercharged and twin turboed are completely different, Dave's Gallardo was a 2013 Squadre Corse, which is based on the LP570 platform, that used the 5.2 odd firing V10 comparing to James' 2006 which uses a 5.0 V10. Different motor, different parts, and since the 5.0 is basically more rare than the 5.2, parts are even harder to find, hence it takes longer. Besides, hasn't DDE's 720 GTR been in the shop for almost a year now?

@@TaffPlays i understand that but dde literally twin turbod the f12 which nobody has ever done before in and redesigned the engine bay in less than a year. It is currently back in for repairs but at least it worked and they drove it for like a month. There are tons of tt lambo gallardos just like stradman's model out there. The garage is just trash(the person that installed the turbo kit also did it alone over a few months)

James you need the garage door motors that mount on the side of the door, so you won’t have the belt/chain tracks. It’ll look cleaner if you install those sick hexagon leds.
