CS Education Ezekiel Machogu and Governor Simba Arati clash in Kisii

Kisii Governor Simba Arati and Education Cabinet Secretary Ezekiel Machogu tore at each other in public over heckling during a funeral ceremony. The two leaders accused each other of tormenting trouble directed at each other and drawing the county commissioner Kibet Boen into the exchange, which had Governor Arati telling off both the CS and the administrator.
