      @@muktarmohamud506 I would invest in a company whose focus is tracking sleep like Oura more than an apple watch who they're trying to just cover as many areas as possible which make them jack of all trades hence why their tracking is not as accurate

    These are great tips and I'm looking forward to the module.
    What do you advise someone who has trouble sticking to a schedule when things don't go as planned? For example, if I try to implement a schedule, different thing absolutely come up whether that's a long term guest, getting/feeling sick, moving, etc., or even smaller inconveniences occur and I always end up abandoning my schedule. I find it hard to remain stable in the face of instability, even just slight instability like not being able to study where I always study.

      Get rid of distractions and you will find focus.
      If you chasing your goals, "sorry but I can't receive guests these days"
      If feeling sick, it doesn't last forever make dua take the means and get right back up, then set up systems to prevent getting sick like eating good, sleeping good, exercising, finding activities to get rid of stress, all these things can help to prevent sickness.
      Moving doesn't last forever, finish moving and get right back to your goals
      At the end of the day, you really gotta want it, then if you set the systems right everything should work In sha Allah

    I thought islamically it was better to sleep 5-6hrs and nap in the afternoon?

      But if you are chasing goals it has to be realistic. Otherwise if you can do so unless it's going to distract you from doing something productive. Wallaahu A'alam.

      their sleep quality was better than ours, they exposed themselves to sunlight as soon as the sun rises, they didn't have artificial light in the night, they moved a lot, and they sleeped and darker and quieter environments

      but if you want to follow it, then you can
      but note that at the winter they slept 8 hours
      at the summer it was 5 hours
      and in the other seasons it was 6 hours of sleep
      and the nap should be at duhur time, don't take a nap at Asr time, its makrooh in islam

    never dreams? i not only have vivid dreams every night, hey are often reanactments of the past and visions of the future(Clairvoyance). How do you stop that? You think you want to see the future untill your Clairvoyance drives you fcking nuts. I need LESS REM SLEEP!
