Hay buddy I got approved by amazon and access to the load board,but when amazon called to verify my business she told me for the first 7 days they will restrict my loads ,but the bad news is the only loads available to me are 250 miles DH. I emailed the onboarding team no response yet. ANy idea why they did this to me? or anything else i can do ?
You’re in Riverside area, right? The reason I ask is because I wanted to check on my end to see what I see and report back. I have heard this from other people, they definitely don’t make the process easy. When I onboarded in 4/22: ➡️received the call ➡️no required training (their online courses) ➡️didn’t even know I had a grade From what I’ve gathered from people on this channel, they now have stipulations on your first few loads like it sounds they’re doing to you. The other thing to prepare for is after your first loads, they do not make your grade visible to you which IMO, is absolute crap. The issue there being, they give you 14 days to do a performance dispute and you may not know you need to do one until you are time barred from doing it🤷🏻♂️. Have you begun receiving any spot capacity emails? If my assumption of you being in SoCal is correct and given how the load board has been around here lately, this offers might be your best bet at not only easier loads, but better payouts. So far in 2024, ≈90% of the money I’ve made with Amazon has been through spot capacity. Let me know your location, I’ll do a load board vid so you can compare and contrast. I wish I had some sort of “secret contact” I could provide you that could help. It’s funny, I never intended to have a “Amazon Trucking” CZcams channel and feel whatever success I have achieved thus far is directly related to how convoluted they make ALL of their processes, unfortunately. 👊🏻🍻
