Hey Josh , I have to tell you this .
You and your brother will be the biggest and the largest realtor in all California . Because you know how to deal with your clients and you know what to say and not what to say . That’s very very important . But you must pray more give God more or your time n do some fasting even if it’s for two or three days . Then pray as much as you can even while you’re working . Gratitude is very important and humility is a blessing from Jesus .
BUT HAVE COMPASSION WITH HIM AND JUST SHOW HIM LOVE AS A FRIEND .

But if you can keep Frederick to work with him in doing real-estate . Then just communicate with him . I’m sure you will work things out out of love as his friend . As long it does not hurt your business n your friendship . But some people only see part of the picture , but don’t look at the entire picture. This will help them have a crystal clear view of themselves n their own personal demands .
