I was stuck on the Swamp Monster fight SO LONG (without summons, but with pretty big Fable Arts cheese). It's not my favorite fight in terms of fun, but I think it's a great fight in so far that it highlights one of my favorite things about the game! (⚠general strategy thoughts [spoilers?] below) ... That is, how every defensive option has its place and it's a very personal thing to identify what works best against which attacks FOR YOU. My confidence in that fight made huge leaps after I made more conscious choices to block or just outrun certain attacks that I struggled to parry-a pattern that would repeat itself later.

also the way they invoke your muscle memory against you from the earlier boss fight is pretty good in this. ~Kami
