I wonder how the fourth Pirate maze is unlocked. I think it's by clearing the first level in Quest mode. I think the fourth Pirate maze was originally in the first Pirate level in Quest mode, but someone decided to take it out, because it needs to be a tutorial level, and no maze should be there. One of the hint signs could have mentioned that the Galaxian doors always have a maze inside it, and completing the maze would unlock it in Maze mode.
