Just got off the Panorama . They had a very similar midnight buffet. It wasn't the greatest food, but good enough after a few drinks. Always had to take a bowl of chocolate chip cookies back to the room. Sometimes topped off with some vanilla soft serve. 😃
Haha. It's just a non-stop feast on a cruise ship! We got the Midnight Buffett on the Venezia in June of 2023, so it may have started up closer to when we set sail. Additionally, this offering might only be available on Journey's cruises; we've heard conflicting reports on that. In general, it seems that this option has been inconsistent. We'll keep our eyes peeled for it on future sailings.
@@thiscruiselife usually but those particular trips did not and the Celebration buffet was a bit on the pathetic side. Over 16 Carnival cruises have helped me to find some of the 160 pounds I lost!

Is this every night? Way better options when we were on the Horizon (I think it was the Horizon) very limited menu. Like the meatball subs they were just alright. I can’t remember the other stuff. Also I don’t think it was every night
It varies by itinerary. We’re used to seeing this type of offering on “Journeys” cruises which are 9+ nights. Some nights were themed and it was always a limited offering.
On our sailings it was available from 11:30pm until 1:00am. We always recommend checking your Fun Times or the Carnival Hub App for the current and accurate times on your sailing.
That is no buffet more like midnight snacks lol 😂😂😂😂 shouldn't spread word that the (Midnight Buffet) has came back because it isn't no buffet just midnight snacks! It is on all Carnival Cruise Line Ships as well all sailing regardless of the number of days as welk! Happy Cruising 🛳

This video was actually from a couple months back on the Venezia inaugural before any announcements had been made (or the late night snacks had made it back to any ships). We were so excited to have options again late night! While the Pizzeria Del Capitano is always good, sometimes a ham sammich just hits different!

@@justcody85 Oh goodness, no worries - just glad you found the video of our excited Venezia find. :) Some of the snack options were better than others, that’s for sure. Some nights the “deep dish” pizza was good, other nights, it was very bland and dry. The ham sammich, meatball sliders, and chicken tenders always were the best option. We never tried the chips and salsa as it just never looked right… lol Overall, was nice, but we still ended up at pizza after for the ultimate late night snack. ;) I’ve been on Dream’s sister, Carnival Magic. The ships have a very similar feel to the Conquest-class, but introduce things carried forward into Vista-class (Ocean Plaza, Lanai, etc). I’m excited to check out Dream as the class namesake. Are you sailing her? If you do, would love to hear what you think!!

No buffets at all on this ship. More like cafeteria style - one line only. Very limited food all the time. Very disappointing ship. Was on for 11 days. Bad design all over.
It has the old-style buffet queues that we don’t love, but we always found plenty of food. Did you get to try Tomodoro Mexitalian or the new Pepperoni Pizza Burger at Guy’s? For the MDR, we enjoyed most everything with a couple notable exceptions. We ate at the pizza place several times as well. Never went hungry on board. Lol
Oh no! I’m so sorry to hear that; what happened? Also, what other ships do you typically sail on / enjoy? I warn folks that Venezia isn’t your typical Carnival ship - she’s truly “Fun Italian Style.” We loved her minus some challenges early on. Curious to hear your perspective. -mark

Wow! I remember when the only food available on the Miracle was a pizza stand. That is very good for midnight!
The midnight buffet is a special treat for Journeys Cruises. If you ever get to do one with Carnival, they’re awesome. Minimum of 9 nights.

The midnight buffet was in the main Lido Marketplace. Check the Carnival Hub app and look for signage in the Lido if offered!
