Alot of Chinese & Africans who didn't respect Hip Hop or even speak English were bootlegging during this era. They cut into earnings of African American Hip Hop artists like these guys & Latin artists who made Salsa & Merenegue music. A sad truth but somehow it also gave fans with little money opportunity to hear the music work of artists they like and helped Hip Hop grow in #'s.
This is my kinda Hip-Hop. No mansion & a yacht, no exotic women in bikinis, no tropical island setup. Just that real nitty gritty str8t from the streets 90s BOOM BAP style!
When this came out, the bus passes train passes were NOT digital... There was no machine to swipe the card... You had to show the bus driver your bus pass... And you would have to show the train booth operator your pass, as well... Early 90's... life was much different... I kinda miss those days...
@@patface LoL, Do You Remember When We Wouldn't Have A Bus Pass ? ? ? One Of Us Would Show It To The Driver, Then Go Inside, Throw It Out The Window And The Other Dude Would Catch It, And Play It Of... LMAO, That's Way Back...

Absolutely, they mentioned my Pj's (Polo Grounds) & the boroughs of NYC. Years later I confused this record as another Onyx record blasting off on bootleggers. Lol
This came out at a time when the rap artist were taking crazy l's from boot leggin.. and it was real... dudes was sending street teams to seek n destroy all bootleg stands a lot of asses got whipped them days.
