Here's a few aids and adaptions I use.
Thankfully I had the energy to do my make-up today and my hair has kept nice from going to the hairdressers yesterday.
Comment below your thoughts and suggestions for new videos and also any gadgets you use as I'm always on the look out for new things to make life just that little bit easier (and yes I am aware from playing back the video that I've used the term 'life line' a lot but my aids literally are my life saver at times!)
Apologies also for all the humming and erring. Hopefully as time goes on I'll get more confident at making videos.

Thank you. It's a bit out dated now. Some things I still use like my Safe Sip lids but I now have new things like my bath lift and electric bed. On my video 'to do' list is 10 things I can't live without disability edition which I've seen a couple of other CZcamsrs do.

Hi Amy, sorry it's taken me so long to reply to you, I've only just noticed your comment. Thank you for you kind words. I have FND too alongside some other illnesses. It's a bit outdated this video. Some things I still use but I now have other things like my bath lift and electric bed as I can't use my bed rail any more. The Safe Sip lids are still fantastic and stops me form getting drinks spilled all over the place! If you want to connect I'm on Instagram. There's a link on my channel page.

Thank you. I loved having red hair but it was difficult to keep up with colouring it (me and my PA have been searching for hairdressers today as I haven't had it cut in 2 years!) but yes I do love having curled hair too. Again my fringe was a nightmare to maintain so that's grown out too but thank you for you comments on how I look in this video and thank you for checking my videos out and for making the effort to leave a comment as it's lovely to hear from people who are checking my videos out.
