      I had the same problem. The solution for me was to install an alarm where I had to get up and out of the room to scan a code.
      And I have an alarm 5 min before that. So I can cancel the first one and than getting up is a lot easier for me.
      And of course going to bed roughly around the same time.
      Maybe it'll work for you as well.

      I just need a short push/force to get up... if I'm up I can talk myself out of going back... but the first 10 sec my self-control is still sleeping xD

      @@marquisdehoto1638 having a lot of alarms is good, but also try to put the phone away, so each time you need to leave your bed to turn it off. Also, when you come back to bed after you snoozed it (let's be realistic), you can put in 1 piese of clothing instead of pyjama, because I personally really struggle to take it off, cause its so warm... anyway, hope it helps :)
      P.S.: but, of course, the best you can do is to go to bed and wake up at the same time

      You can start waking up earlier, maybe at 8 a.m and write what you have to do during the day! And with time, you could add more health habits idk...

      Waking up earlier/going to bed earlier gives you more time to do fun stuff (like youtube or social media) which could give you more time during the day for work! Whatever methods you want to try, remember to take care of yourself :)

      I know your struggle. I used to be like that, too. I don't think you'd HAVE to get up early - some people work better in the morning, some in the evening. You'd have to figure out what's best for you. I hate working in the evening, I can never focus - I only think of having a bubble bath and going to bed to watch some stuff after it gets dark haha. If you find yourself working more productively in the morning but hate getting up early, start making realistic goals. If for example you normally wake up at 11am, don't decide to start waking up at 5am straight away - it's not going to work. Start with 9:30am, then next week 9:00 etc etc. DO NOT NAP, try to get through the day, don't drink coffee after 4pm. This way you'll develop a nice sleeping pattern. For the past few months, I've been waking up at around 7:30am every day without setting my alarm, I usually go to bed at around 11pm/midnight. It's amazing. Also, I'd suggest making to-do-lists for each day (ideally with some time frames), but yet again - keep them realistic. Don't try to bite off more than you can chew. When the first lockdown happened, after having wasted a few weeks of it, I decided to be super productive. I started making plans, like "I'll do some programming for 3 hours, then I'll learn German and Spanish and even Scottish Gaelic, I'll do some courses on LinkedIn Learning" etc etc. It became so overwhelming, that basically it completely put me off doing anything and I lost all the motivation and energy. I wanted to do so much and ended up doing nothing. So it's really important to keep it realistic and simple. Even putting two or three things on your to do list. With time, you can see what takes you how much time and start adding some more things to do. It's all very subjective. We're all different. One more tip that worked for me - if you really don't want to do something but you know you have to, tell yourself you're only gonna do it for 5/10 minutes. Usually, once you're at it, you'll end up working for longer ;) I wish you all the best and hope you'll fight off your procrastination!

      Set boundaries. Don’t exhaust ur body. For example if u wake up at 7 start waking up at 6:30 and keep decreasing until u reach the “good amount of sleep” without exaushting urself. Keep trying

      Im also like that too before tho i wake up at 11-12 am during this pandemic and i missed all my classes and just finish homework... but im in 4th grade just this year and gonna have a big exam at 5th grade.. i start watching all motivation and good time management, and thanks to all this kind of videos, im already having a good scheduled and consistent w them, now that im doing good in classes and exam😊 both learning and healthy lifestyle, u guys should try watch motivation and have a goal, im setting my goal to get straight A for the big exam so thats why im start to forgetting my phone and lazy ass, im srsly very thanks to all ppl who make this kind of videos.       I deleted tik tok off of my phone for a few days, was so hard bc I spent hours on it daily but when I redownloaded it I found it so easy to set a screen time limit for 30 mins and stick to it!

    Thank you for the motivating video! One tip: In the morning, don't put the blanket on top of your mattress, this way all the sweat and dead cells from the night get accumulated. It's better to remove the blanket and let blanket and mattress air for a while :)

      😂 Idk why but I find it hilarious when we’re called Americans directly, but lots of us do spend money on apple products. I have an XR phone, an Apple Pencil, an iPod, AirPods, and the 8th generation iPad with a keyboard to go with it.

    My morning literally consists of me waking up at 7:30 (since I have lectures at 8), stretching if I can, making coffee and eating something simple if I feel like it, then I'll usually make breakfast around 10 AM (after my first lecture)
    My body probably hates me at this point

    A bit of coffee and a lot of milk is a latte, still a type of coffee. I like lattes as they keep me awake without having a bitter taste nor adding sugar to cover the bitter taste.
