  • This is a poem, the creator nor recitor I do not know the name of. However, it explains the different secs that are completely against the truth, and follows up on what and who we take from.
I liked this poem as it mentions the people who are not upon truth, aswell as mentioning the people who we should take from. However there are many more shuyookh we take from like Waasiullah Abbas and many more.
Salafiyyah is not restricted to Arab scholars, rather it is restricted to the ones who speak upon narrations that are authentic and go back to the salaf.

Alhamdulillah I am a Muslim following Prophet Muhammad sallallahu alaihi wasallam and the three favorite generations. I follow the salaf as saleehen. May Allah keep us firm upon Iman. Ameen

1:55 context please. Who is "Who conveys the da'wah of an innovator"? Who's the innovator? Who "starts with ignorance"? Context please 👀

Is this not singing? Please give me a serious answer and evidence. Jazaakallahukhair.

This is not singing. It's poetry which the prophet muhammad ﷺ allowed us to partake in as long as it contains things that benefit us, such as praising Allah and his messenger, and teaching and does not contain things that are haram like music and swearing.
It can be seen when the Sahaba Hasan Ibn Thabit wrote poetry about Muhammad ﷺ, and he did not forbid it.
We also have other beneficial poems such as Nooniyah Al Qahtani or Matn Ash Shatibiyya which teach us our Aqeedah and we can study from.
Nooniyah Al Qahtani, our Sheikh, Saleh As Suhaymee recently published his explanation of it, it is only in Arabic which if you know id suggest you check it out. Shukran.

@@qurancollections6758 Jazakallahu khayr, I understand that poetry in itself is permissible. It is the tone and manner recitation which resembles singing that I am not at ease with. Isn't this the same as nasheeds and such things? Hasn't singing been forbidden?

@@muslim1236 Good question Akhi. I can't answer this from the lack of my knowledge. But from what I've seen i.e in the recitation of Nooniyah Al Qahtani or Matn Ash Shatibiyya from the shuyookh, it seems that reciting the poem in this way is permissible otherwise our shuyookh would appose it. But Insha'allah if you ask a more knowledgeable person, you may find your answer, and also if you find the answer you can educate me also. Barakllahu Feek.
