Your house is beautiful. But I do miss your old decorating style. I really think your home could stand up to more color. I feel the old Crystal would have more than one little orange pumpkin in her kitchen. Maybe decorate from your heart and not Pintrest.

I miss, so much, the old style. It was full of warmth, beauty and showed your fun personality not to mention the cozy family vibe. I bought a Chicken wire shelf after being so inspired by you. I decorated it yesterday and thought of you. When you put the fall plaid pillows on your bed last week and I saw you light up with joy I too was so happy to see the color and a glimpse of the home that inspired me so much. Your new home is lovely and It is your space and I can appreciate it. But it being more sterile now I miss the warmth. Hope your kids are well. Miss seeing them too. Miss your chats, they always felt like a friendly visit. For whatever reason you decided to change things up, Please know I respect your choice. You are a fav youtuber that I subscribe to and that will not change. But maybe do some fun tiered trays and keep the red and green Christmas decor that you do so well!
Your style is maturing with you Crystal. I loved your previous decorating in your old home but I’m equally impressed with your new, simpler style. I think as our children grow our styles naturally change too. Well done…….your home is as beautiful as you 🥰

I would use a different wreath it blends into the vent hood .if I didn't you put it there I wouldn't notice it there .loved everything else.

Crystal, I retired mine too. There really was only once place I could use it and then something major went on that wall and the shelf came out. If I had more room in my office .... well maybe the spare room??? I'm not getting rid of it just yet.
I have to say I miss the old house and the old crystal. I’m a maximalist and I love vintage so modern is not for me. I love crystal but I would love to see at least one tiered tray. Well a tiny one is better than none, lol
Tiered trays are a thing of the past.
I just wanted to say how very much I enjoyed watching you at your other home..you inspired me so much..Actually your decor for your Christmas bedroom got me to do mine..so thank you for that..Now for the part where I sadly say that this new home and the decorating are not for me.Your a lovely young woman and a wonderful mother..I hope that this home brings you and your children much joy..and many memories..

I have to say after watching your videos now for 6 months in the new house I just miss the old house and decorating style. It was just so homey and inviting. But I don’t live there so it doesn’t really matter what I think.

The decor you used in the dining room and kitchen are pretty, but you need a little more fall colors.

I have to say the wreath on the hood is too dark and it doesn't show up. I liked the pops of copper and your tiered tray turned out nice. I love the cozy chair in the corner looking out on the pond.

I really love the colors that you have been using, the muted colors with the green and the browns and the copper in the kitchen. The black hutch and table gorgeous 🧡🍁🤎🍂. I was used to your other home but the new Tara decor is elegant and simplistic. The windows letting in all the light makes the home so cozy I can’t wait to see the home tour.

I absolutely love how you decorated your kitchen and dining room. The Fall colors really pop in your white kitchen and the black cabinet came out so beautifully.
Crystal your room has a ton of light with no window treatments. Consider woven Roman shades so they can be used accordingly to your preference. They will add warmth and texture to the space.
Yes I have some ivory material ones as we have the same issue. They are so versatile and they really blend in well with the wall so you really don't notice they are there. Select Blinds online has been great...I've ordered a lot of treatments from them and they have all been perfect.
Crystal asks for comments and that it helps her channel. None are mean spirited only feedback and suggestions. In the end it’s her home and she will do what she likes. Sometimes we don’t think of ideas that others have. I would welcome suggestions. You can’t think of everything. Crystal your home is beautiful. Yes! Love the rust, copper and fall colors you have added to warm up the kitchen spaces! This is such a great blend of your old and new style of decorating. I absolutely love how you have decorated your new hutch! The amazon baskets look amazing. I wonder if you could add a couple of puck lights on the inside of your hutch. That would be really cozy at night time.

For my taste, I liked more her old decorations. The new house is beautiful, but it seems to me like all the colors are white, black and gray. Where did the color go? I know she will surprise us for Christmas!

The beginning of my comment was a question, meaning the ‘other’s’ were subscribers, meaning they are allowed opinions, I didn’t read any mean comments, so therefore I was unaware anyone was being mean, just offering opinions, which they are entitled to do, as it’s part of the vlog, others comments would be turned or people would be blocked!

Always loved how you decorated for the holidays in your old house but I’m trying to get use to your new style. The kitchen and dining room look really pretty. I loved the dough bowl on the top shelf but wondered how a velvet or plush pumpkin would look in there along with your stems. Loved the top you had on. Do you remember where you got it?

Crystal I really enjoyed this simpler style. My best friend is a professional decorator, she told me to use all textures, wood, glass, metal, ceramic, but to add square items for every two round ones. Square is difficult to find in my area but when I do come across something even if it is out of season I get it.

Hi Crystal! This was just beautiful! I love your style as it has evolved as mine has in the last year. I'm simplifying many things and need to do even more of that. Less is more and I need to remind myself as I want to get carried away sometimes! I've been giving away 3-5 bins of decor every season and have been investing in some antiques, better florals, etc. that I can use more than once. I'm older now and I want to get to a point that I may only be dragging up 7 bins (preferably less) of decor rather than 16. If you have great "core" decor items you can just add a little something to "season" it. Maybe there are some that can't "relate" to your beautiful home, but you don't need a grand home to get some ideas of how you can incorporate some good design elements that are not expensive. Everyone's decor style changes, especially if the space changes But I've been in my house for almost 27 years and my style has definitely changed every single year. I'd be bored if it didn't. Your home has such a beautiful structural design that you don't need to muck it up with a bunch of stuff. That cabinet is beautiful and your decor in there was spot on! Gorgeous!

Your home is beautiful. I would like to offer a couple of suggestions. Maybe try flipping floppy the coffee maker and the tray with the lamp. I think it might help hide the cords better and I think the copper canisters and the black planter on your floating shelves may look better flipped flopped. That way your copper is more on a diagonal. Love your space.

I loved the copper in the kitchen and all of the decorations this year. Such a pleasant change. The plant is a pathos and you can hardly kill it! Remember to remove the label on the inside wall of the 2nd shelf of the hutch. I don't think you need to keep it anymore. God Bless!!
