Supposedly "original gangster”, can be seen as “old generation", personally viewed as “old-school”.🤓
I became an avid Korean music aka Kpop listener/lover since 1998. Korean and rap music were my coping mechanisms from the bullying I experienced in middle school through high school and my love for the genre has stuck by me ever since.
Unfortunately, I took a huge break from Korean music around 2015 when I was officially diagnosed with lupus nephritis and seizures; I was receiving and battling years of chemotherapy and dialysis along with taking 32 pills a day, so I had no mental/emotional/spiritual room to keep myself updated with the genre. Luckily, I'm in remission now! Doesn't mean that lupus and seizures are gone because I am still very capable of frequent flare-ups of I don't take care of myself, but I make sure to do so enough to manage and live as "normally" as possible.
When I made this CZcams name, I was thinking from my graphic-design-major perspective of a brand that will not only describe what my content will be about but will also align with the times, and y’all know that “Kpop stans” have been a thang for awhile now so hence the cringe-worthy title, OG KPOP STAN. (My love for Eminem is also relevant.😂) ALSO! Just to be SUPER clear- me calling myself an "OG kpop stan" does NOT mean that anyone who's listened to kpop after me is inferior or less-than. A kpop lifestyle is a kpop lifestyle regardless of time. Please don’t get that sh*t twisted.😛

I like it when you said that they're not stepping up but stepping forward. It gets to show that the girls have always been amazing, they've always had the potential and it's just so satisfying to witness how they can use their own individual talents to go even further and let us all have it. We are almost drowning with TWICE content and we are here for it. All of it.
Yes. I'd like to add that I think "stepping up" kind of gives the impression that how they started out wasn't good enough or that cuter, happier concepts are inferior. We can appreciate their growth without invalidating and shaming who they were.

I'm really curious who made the choreo for this, because it's freakin' awesome. It has so much cool group imagery and a bunch of power moves that we haven't normally gotten to see Twice do in the past. I love this sound and dance style from them a ton, this comeback is a total winner.

Story Line: It’s about perfection of all matters in this world. And in order to be perfect, you must be classy, elegant and rich. They are entertainer in an illegal Casino house. In the 2nd Chorus, one man drink the brandy and he got fainted because all alcohol in the casino was drugged. And the decreasing music volume and visuals (Jeongyeon. Momo, Chaeyoung) becomes blurred and duplicated because of hallucinations. The stage collapses because of their hotness and fierceness.
BTW, they also do a remake song I WANT YOU BACK (Jackson 5) MV under Warner Music (Japanese company that makes all their Japanese Album). I'm confused at first when they released it 'cause I don't hear any Japanese words and the lyrics is like 'boy talking to a girl kind of thingy' after researching I found out that it's actually a cover from Jackson 5. It is after "What is Love" Era.
I really enjoy their Japanese releases! The beat and energy of Perfect World and Better are so good. The visuals and contrasting wardrobe changes in both make it pop and continue to make the members look even more incredible. Thanks for the reaction!
