love the look. I am wondering to do this for a Bridal Tea party, would you recommend any way to do parts of this project before guests arrive? Maybe up to the point of adding feathers or maybe string pearls or veil?

Is there any other material you can use if you can't find sinamay locally? I wanna make a hat for this Sun for church.
You can try deco mesh but it'll fray very easily. So, you want to seal the edges with hot glue or something as you work with it.
what is the material called?
Me gusta mucho la pena es que no se ingles
How big is square please?
The online tutorial states 18 inches square. www.southernliving.com/fashion-beauty/southern-fashion/how-to-make-fascinator#fascinator-step-number-one
