I have a 2003 C5 Z06 in Millenium Yellow that's mostly stock but I enjoy driving like that every day to and from work. The suspension has been set-up for track use and the heads have been upgraded. Love the video as I am eyeing a 2012 Yellow GS as a possible purchase.
I just got my 7-speed c7 cammed. I've driven a 6 speed Mustang GT for a while before this car, but I'm having problems during city driving / slow traffic. Any tips to stop the lurch between 1.5-2k rpms or around 15-25 mph?? I hate having to feather the clutch while adding power and keeping it in 1st-2nd starts to jerk if i dont gas it
@@kelmm568 it’s a stock clutch, I heard they’re good over 800hp but it’s got around 40k miles on it. BTR225 kit. It’s gotten a little better after I turned of rev matching, and I’m sorta getting the hang of adding more gas properly at low speed. So maybe it’s a driving skill thing 😂 but I haven’t found a solution to permanently avoid lurching, I heard it’s just natural with cammed cars

Have you got a tune after the cam was installed? If not a tune might help
I also think a tune/retune is a good idea
