I have a dumb question maybe you could help me out with the answer.
Is the facet size even, or does the pressure matter when applied and how do you know your applying even pressure for same measurement in cut size all around ? Or is it so minimal to the eye it would not matter?

The pressure does matter a bit, but you will typically watch the facet grind in and know when it's done by its position in relation to the other facets (by edges/points meeting one another)
