Bro!! I have a 91 pickup regular cab for 25 years & a 91 4runner 10 years now. I am 45 years old now & since I was young I wish to lower them both & see them side by side, but I had no clue how to make it possible until I came across your videos. I got inspired so much that last year I got me a 94 pickup regular cab as a donor vehicle. Needless to say, I'm working on my dream Bro, Working on my dream!!!

I love your 4Runner. Ive always wanted the older 1st gen model 4Runner the ones that only come in 2 door and have a removable shell, ive had several mini trucks including 2 Nissan Hardbody's an 84' and an 89' both had scissor stacks under the bed for bed dancing, ive had 3 Toyota pickups, an 87' long bed, an 89' mid bed and a 91' SR5 xtra cab short bed with a inline six cyl i blew up and replaced with a 94' Supra inline six i shipped over from Japan, and a foot and a half to the frame and a mid size bed a full carpet bed kit total late 80's early 90's truck, my 89' though i made it a walk through cutting out the back wall and window of the cab and cutting the front wall of the bed out, got a custom made rubber boot and some expanding foam to seal out the weather. Got a bench seat from an 90' Toyota pick up and made custom lowered mounts and welded it near the tailgate, the only thing separating it from the tailgate was a custom built plexiglass enclosure with 4 10" and 2 12" subs from Hollywood Sound Labs, then decked out the whole interior with canvas, felt and fine office building type carpet for the floors and i took the front bench out and put in front buckets from a Toyota 4x4 extended cab and its center console with arm rest and cassette tapes storage insisde and they had the Oil, Temp and battery triple gages, clusters. Boy was i pissed when i came up to Sacramento to vist my cousins and one of they're buddies came over with his 89' Toyota 4Runner same year as my truck but his was a 2 wheel drive pre-runner and he swithed the whole suspension with a regular Toyota 2 wheel drive pickup then dropped it to the floor. All the looks i went for with none of the extensive work put in. I also had 3 square body S-10's, well actually 2 and 1 GMC s-15 sonoma the first was a 89' extra cab. I did it total white pool boy style. Black with limo tinted windows, black tonneau cover, gray and black interior on 17" all chrome i-roc z 5 stars, and i got the bumpers traded to a friend who had chrome ones but wanted black painted ones plus we traded mirrors, grille, windshield wiper arms, door handles, key locks, antenna, and all trimming he wanted all black everything i was tired of it snd wanted to break the monotony. The other s-10 was s work truck. It was dark gray with the side areas black with a light gray pin strip around it and chrome moldings too, but it was a standard cab, short bed. It was a 4cyl and had Kragar SS's with white walls and a color matched snug top shell with side windows with the sliding vent windows and it was on front drop spindles and 3" lowering blocks in the rear, the GMC s-15 came white do i did the oppisite of the blacked out s-10, i got black everything, trim, door handles and locks, bumpers wiper arms etc. and blacked out the windows, no tonneau cover this time but yes 17" chrome i-roc z rims but i had the centers black pin stripped. It was an extra cab too. Ive also had a mazda pickup, slammed. A 98' Toyota Tacoma that was body dropped, frame tucked, tubed and c-notched and layed frame on 19" ISW's, also an Isuxu pup extra cab, a mitsubishi pickup, a ford ranger and a courier, a datsun b2500 and 2 chevy luvs a 79' and a 71'. Ive had lots of mini's back in the day my first club was Erotic City Minis but my mom and her sister knew the father of, and former, Pres of The Untochables car and truck club and so they pushed my to join them. I had buddies in Toyz R Us, Nu Stylez Minis, Sweet Tendencies, A Touch of Class, Inner City Minis, Seductions T.C., So Cal Minis, Clean Concepts, High Class C.C., Sueno Latino C.C. Mafia 4 Life, Rollerz Only, Dukes C.C., Oldies, Majestics, L.A.'s Finest, A Class Above, Cali's Finest and several more, i still know most of them were just spread all up and down the west coast now. Anyways your 4Runner is one bad b*tch

That thing is awesome. So simple and clean. The reason why I say simple is because other low riders I see make custom dashboards and interiors etc while you kept the stock interior which I like the factory interior over anything else. Good work

Awesome build. Always wanted a bagged 4Runner since seeing Wood Runner at a show. I have a bagged and body dropped 98 Tacoma that is speedway blue. May have the same wheels as you also if they are Boss wheels. Saving up now for some billets
Hell yeah! A taco is the next truck we want to build! The wheels are boss but the center caps that came with the wheels didnt work. So I had to use some others I had.

First off truck is awesome and the vlog is what help keep me sane during lock down. Second what is achieved from the frame swap? Is it just to make it 2wd?
Thank you! Stock 4Runners 2wd and 4wd are built on 4wd chassis making it almost impossible to bag and have it lay frame. A 2wd truck frame is much simpler to start with because the front control arms are much closer together.

Thank you! Yes the reason is both the 2WD and 4WD runners are built on 4WD chassis. Swapping the frames makes it easier to bag.

I have a 91 sr52wd im looking to bag
It needs some modification to the body mounts. The first set fit perfect but the rest need to be cut off the 4 runner chassis and welded to the truck chassis.
