I had good results with using silicone bread loaf pans for freezing ice blocks for my coolers. I always soak beans over night before cooking and rinse them several times which helps with reducing the gas. Zucchini is a summer squash

For bean cooking check out Townsends and also research frontier traveling hotbox cooking alot of the frontier travelers would use hotboxes for long slow cooking meals as well as keeping food warm while travelonh for quicker meal time once they stop for noon meal or for the night.

He uses too many modern conveniences for me but others who watch my channel would probably enjoy him if they don’t already.

want strong coffee get fresh or pre ground 2-3 oz in bottle like sports drinks something with cap big opening right pour ground shake it up after few hrs it will gounds sink to bottom pour or drink that first like 8 oz its strong like coffee shots so like makes like 8-12 cups right per like half cup coffee well lets say it make two good strong cold cups can add more water basic triple extraction add pain pill nice ok small meal got something its hard but you want nice time oal meal canned meat sauce red or green chile or vegtables canned dont add to much water real healthy pouridge groul
