RIP Neil Peart, you've given us so much music. You will always be remembered!
That bass tone, unreal.
Yes !!!!!!
Rickenbacker!
We pray in the Church of the Holy Rickenbacker, and Geddy is our priest.
@@RCAvhstape Lemmy too! But in a VERY different way.
@@na-tv6rn
Yes, because Lemmy was an incompetent strummer
I can remember my dad playing their music in car every time me and him went somewhere when I was a baby. And that's how my RUSH journey started. I almost own their whole discography on vinyl and CD and it's all thanks to my dad but most importantly to RUSH. You paved the way and play as the soundtrack to my life and I couldn't ask for more.
Thanks Rush
And a big thanks the Professor (thanks Neil)
@@SteveStockmalMusicNo worries my brother is the exact same :)
Reading about females who love Rush gives me hope that I may actually find love again.
Same for me...but not my Dad..my own music from a griends old tape..and then..my son of course had to listen to me play or intending so...bass all by Rush music =)
Could never see them live, though...=(
Awesome story! Thanks for sharing!
Rush is the ultimate rock band. Cheers! ✌️🇨🇦
It didn't matter how old they were, they still sounded like rush. God speed, professor. You're still very much missed.
I'm a big Rush fan since 2012, and my heart aches everytime when I realized that I'll never be the chance to see them Live (I'm from Brazil, and the last time they've played here was in 2010, when unfortunatelly I didn't knew them too much). What comforts me is that their legacy will live on and on, and we have all their catalogue to listen everytime we want until the end of our days. Thank you so much, Rush, for your existence! And RIP my master Neil Ellwood Peart.
I cannot believe how I miss Neil Peart, still What an amazing soul.
That song NEVER gets old for me. I could listen to it on a loop!
Good song is like wine, gets better and better through the years
Can I get an AMEN!!
I saw them perform this on the moving pictures tour in 1981/2 as a 15 year old aspiring musician. Life changing. Became a drummer. Spent a year in Canada as a student and loved it (and discovered what YYZ stood for when I arrived!)Then graduated and eventually got a proper job but wish I hadn’t. Still absolutely love this song and this band. Heartbroken to lose Neil Peart and now Taylor Hawkins. All gone too young. This music still bonds so many people because its just so good.
My favorite RUSH song.
Had the privilege to see Rush here in Miami in 1990 when there were still enough rock fans in this neck of the woods.
Got to see Clockwork Angles and R40 at The Palace of Auburn Hills. What an incredible band.
I wrote an essay on this song in the 11th grade. Got an A+!!! This is where Rush really honed their skills. Weary from wearing themselves out after Hemispheres, they managed to condense the multi-part album side concept song into one five minute song. Brilliant!
Favorite 80's era Rush tune.
RUSH ROCKS!!!
RushtIme, allways
I discovered Rush I was in seconday 2 boy I was never aware that nearly 30 some years I would still listen to them
Thanks guys
Thanks to the professor
Wish Rush would play this in the theater again.
Oh ya. :51 my favourite part of that concert :-). Was hoping to get it signed, would have made the most epic show even more epic. Oh well, it's been a great way to meet other Rush fans when I'm out driving...
eternal love
Such a Wonderful Song, We Miss You N P .................
Was a dream come true to see this with the rick
The best trio in the world! I miss so much!
Beautiful 😍🥺
Happy Birthday Alex!
Real art in motion
Ah yes the Rickenbacker!
Cant wait!
Also, second.
Rush is my favorite band!
RIP ♡ Neil Peart
I tried the beer and ran out...need more in Louisiana...love it :)
Best band ever!!
IT. IS. FLAWLESS.
Si tuviera que escuchar una sola banda para siempre, esa sería Rush
If I had to chose one single band to listen the rest of my life, that would be Rush
regards from Santiago, Chile
RUSH=LEGENDS!!
Great, under appreciated song from their best album. Gotta admit though, Geddy’s voice is really getting rough. Still the instrumentals will always be tremendous. RIP Neil.
I have to agree. He sounded awful.
@@ClutchFan Thanks for the agreement, wasn’t sure if I was hearing things wrong. Always was a casual fan of Rush and the hits, but really got into their music and history upon Neil Peart’s death.Really wish I had seen them Live in the 70’s 80’s or 90’s.
Good music
Very nice
I love Rush. I painted my 1974 Dodge Charger that I restored metallic red because of this song.
I have a turbo Buick grand national because of it, “ turbo slows to cross the border line “
🍁❤️
Best Rush song? Maybe.
RUSH.....😢
Will #cinemastrangiato be broadcast in Mexico?? If so where?? I will be traveling on sept 9

1:08 please bring EXIT, STAGE LEFT to the big screen, so much better than 1:08
Will there be a blue - ray of this ?
I saw this on Cinemas before the whole Covid thing. Is there anything different this time around?
Yes this clip, Cygnus & drum solo from final show and couple of other things that i don't recall
Attention All planets of the solar federation...
The House of the Strange.
Sadly, ciggies took a toll on Geddy's unique voice decades ago. However, that didn't stop me from going to their amazing shows.
I think he would be fine if he pitched down an octave or so... but seems to want to be straining for those upper notes to give the old style sound.
Sure, he smoked. But if you think of another vocalist who worked in that register with a comparable amount of mileage on his pipes, they're not getting up there anymore either. I think it's just the nature of the beast.
Some can maintain it and some can't. Unfortunately Geddys voice just didn't hold up at the end for anything high. I love this band to death but I really have a hard time listening to anything from R40.
A few examples of a who really held together in their older ages was Plant, Dio, Klaus and I'm sure there's a few others I can't remember but saw them all live in their older years and they were all fantastic. Huge huge Rush fan... saw countless shows and I really noticed the decline on CW live, but I still thoroughly enjoyed going to their shows and I think Geddy absolutely can still sing he just needs to stay in the lower register. He just can't pull off the high stuff anymore.... nor should he really try IMO
Is this Miller's fan documentary 🤔?
1:01 what the hell happened to geddys voice? its like he's now passed puberty but still experiencing it 🤣
try singing when your in your 20s/30s/ vs your 50s/60s

I was the 666th view. Do I win a trip? 😆
Love you RUSH!
Vocals sound terrible
C'mon people, you are expecting a 60 year old to sound young again?
