A Fog Of The Mind: Reimagined (Full Album)

A Fog Of The Mind: Reimagined is a 2-part reimagining of my unfinished 2021 project, A Fog Of The Mind, and as such is heavily inspired by The Caretaker's 'Everywhere at the End of Time'. It also draws inspiration from 'vCJD' and 'Milwaukee Protocol', both by The Patients.
This project aims to roughly depict the progression and totality of sporadic *Creutzfeldt-Jakob Disease*. Each song represents 1 week of the patient's remaining life.
It's an honor to be able to put this whole project out, as I feel it's a good way of showing how much I've progressed since the partial release of the original A Fog Of The Mind. Enjoy!

PART ONE: WEEKS 1-9
At first, changes are relatively minor with each passing week. But as the number of misfolded Prion proteins grows, difficulties with memory eventually start to become noticeable.

As the weeks pass, Prion proteins misfold exponentially. Recall starts to rapidly decline, giving way to paranoia and hallucinations as the world seems to collapse. Soon, blindness and deafness take over, leaving nothing but a husk waiting for death.

Another CJD-inspired album, I see. I like the execution of it, which is an improvement over the old one. The ending was also beautifully tragic with the fitting usage of Brian Eno's works.

Banger album
I find the way that the tracks distort via echoing over and over again near the middle of the album really nice for my ears for some odd reason.
I also don't see it used like this often and with a little more polishing this could be really good

thank you! yeah with week 6 and week 11 especially, i was heavily inspired by eateot f2 and how it kinda fades out towards the end.
imo i definitely overused that effect but i'm glad it sounds nice at least HELP
