Yeah, I think if you could somehow fix the problem of not being able to close games out quickly enough, it could be alright. You just give your opponent inevitability to draw into storm or BLS with protection. I've thought about throwing some sort of burn package in it or something to help out, but haven't tried that out enough yet. Antics has sent me some new ideas to try out, as well.

1 match in and you already have more rage quits than me in two hours of playing FTK.
I definitely have more rage quits with pacman than any other deck.

I don't like the ruling where they have to be flipped themselves to get the effect. Ruins the cards that when attacked fhey dont get effect.

Why not play Waboku? I think it’s better than Threatening Roar.
With Waboku they can still attack to flip up your monsters.
This, basically. Generally want to keep your guys face-down. Waboku also doesn't protect from LV2 and such.
Opponent cheated at 32:00, you cannot just discard Thunder Dragon unless you have one to add to your hand from your deck.
You are allowed to do this in goat format.

23:07 is why PACMAN is not a good deck in the meta. That entire game, the advantage you get, all the attacks you get in, and it doesn't matter. The deck is way too slow. Your opponent will see all their good cards and it just takes a few good draws to blow you out. I like the deck, it's fun, but it's just not good enough imo.
Yeah, that's its biggest downfall, for sure. Doesn't matter how much card advantage you build up if you just give your opponent infinite time.
