Yes you can actually get promoted even tho you have no discord! But the problem is if you wanna start attending training session you need guide's, guides CANNOT be leaked meaning it is Prohibited to ask someone to send it to you, and if you wanna host a training in the future then yes. You need discord if you want to host or join a training, but if you really can't, you can always join again when time is right.

They demoted me from Head Operator to Customer, Because a shift leader tried to gaslight me and say I had 2 warnings when I had 0, And she gave me 3 warnings at once for no reason, Got jailed, I confronted her and she demoted me to customer, I worked so hard on trainings and I was a good Head Operator, I hate abusers.
